When I was looking for an outfit to wear at my sister's wedding, it was my sister who suggested we buy from Amaltas Couture. As soon as my mother set her eyes on their pieces we were sold. I ordered a custom new lehenga in a beautiful powder pink. Shruti walked me through her store via video call. I was nervous ordering something without actually seeing or feeling the fabric. Also wasn’t sure about wiring a deposit to a place I had no idea was legit. But I could see even from the video call that the people, store and pieces were not only legit but QUALITY. She instantly understood the aesthetic I was going for (soft, romantic, flowy, whimsical). They custom created my Lengha from scratch and even assisted with adding some short sleeves and an additional dupatta (which I didn’t actually wind up needing as I chose not to wear a dupatta over my head). From start to finish (product in hand in US), took about 6 weeks. That was definitely a rush and I’m thankful they were on top of it every step of the way.
