Horrible experience!!! I ordered an outfit that was made completely wrong size shirt when I had sent right measurements and then instead of apologizing Irvan yells and talks extremely rudely and hangs up on me. I have never been treated this horribly by any business before. She is the most dishonest person I have ever talked to and treats customers horribly. She refused to send another top when it was HER mistake with wrong measurements size when I had even texted her before she shipped the original outfit to make sure measurements were correct and she lied and said yes. Now she will not answer our calls and texts when I spent more than $500 USD on this outfit that I cannot wear due to her mistake. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with her and I would never recommend this scam boutique to anyone!
