I've been hesitating to write this, but felt this had to be shared. I absolutely loved their designs and styles and ordered a few pairs for my engagement and wedding functions, justifying the high price for a once-in-a-lifetime event. My family also loved their designs and began ordering regularly from them. Unfortunately, after wearing the shoes no more than 4-5 times, for special occasions, the leather and finish started to peel off, completely. I would have somehow justified the leather peeling off from the sole, or the heel, given they're the most prone to wear and tear, however, that wasn't the case - the leather was peeling off from the top of the shoe. I've had positive experiences with Inc5, Irasoles and even high street brands like Kala Niketan, and my shoes have comfortably lasted 3-4 years of regular use. This was different and extremely disappointing especially given the "luxury" brand tag. I've shared screenshots of my conversation with the customer service, and pictures of the damage on the shoes. After chasing after them for weeks on end, I never received any email from their customer service staff, nor did I get any follow on message. You're free to decide for yourself if that is the level of after sales customer service you deserve after paying the "premium". My two-cents - if Aprajita Toor wishes to cater to celebrities through paid promotions and gifts, then so be it. But if they wish to cater to the masses, then they either reduce their price point to justify the quality of their products, or improve their after-sales customer service to justify their prices.
