Asiana couture is just an amazing store and have the most exclusive collection for brides. My husbandwife got some of her outfits from there and she couldn't be more satisfied with her purchase. Their outfits are unique and stunning. Thanks a lot, for adding smiles and glam to our special days. We have high recommendations for them.

Everyone told me that there is no point going to Asiana Couture because there is no way they will deliver the lehnga in less than ten days. To my surprise, the lehnga that I liked there was already in the works and they did deliver the lehnga in less than 10 days. I was extremely happy with their service. My lehnga did fit me well and it was beautiful.

I chose Asiana on my third trip to CC. I admit that I’m fussy but that’s only because I didn’t want to wear anything but the best (in my budget!). It started in MID-JULY for a wedding in November. After placing my order, I had clearly mentioned that I don’t live in Delhi and will make a trip in September for a trial, which was noted down and promised to be adhered to. And that’s when the trouble started. I had to follow up THRICE for a picture of the lehenga (they don’t let you take pictures when you place the order, even though you pay a 50% advance!) after the rigorous follow ups, I get a picture which is blurry! I ask for another one - they zoom in on the same one and send another picture! But I didn’t bother, I knew what I had ordered, and I was assured that they’d make the same. For the trial; I followed up in the first week of August, sent a reminder in the third week, and finally in the first week of Sep! All 3 times I was assured that it’ll be ready. Fast forward to the weekend before I was supposed to fly (end of Sep), I CALLED them and they assured me that I can come on the following Monday for a trial and that I should confirm the time the following day. When I called them the next day, I was told that my lehenga won’t be ready until the following Thursday. I was livid (obviously!)! Fortunately, I had a contact who knew the owner so I managed to reach his assistant (I mean you can reach Sabyasachi but you cannot reach Ankit, the owner!) After completely losing it on her, she assures me that it’ll be done on Tuesday. So, I postponed my flight from Monday to Tuesday evening. When I reach there on Tuesday at noon, it hasn’t even arrived from their workshop, which is in noida / Okhla / god alone knows where! My mom and I waited for FOUR HOURS .. and finally it arrives. But alas, it only has the lehenga and one chunni. The blouse piece (unstitched!) and the second chunni are still on their way. We continue waiting. Another hour passes. Apologies are flowing; random dhoklas and chaat are being brought it; but Mr. Ankit has no sense of apology. He doesn’t even bother to come down from his throne. Finally at 5 pm; it arrives; I do one trial; take my blouse piece and swear never to return. I missed another flight. Got my blouse made through someone else, who did a much better job than Asiana would have! The only reason I’m giving it 1.5 stars is - 0.5 is for the lehenga. It was indeed beautiful. 0.5 for the owner’s assistant for her effort. And 0.5 is for the Haldiram’s dhokla! I wouldn’t suggest Asiana to anyone!

BEWARE OF THE FRAUDSTERS AND CHEATERS!! NEVER EVER...i repeat...NEVER EVER rely on these guys for your special day because they will go out of their way to ruin it for you. I placed an order for a Payal Keyal lehenga from Asiana Couture, worth approximately 3 lakhs on 5th July 2019 for my wedding on 23rd November. Till the time the sale was not made, the staff was on their best behavior - extremely courteous and polite (note: only with customers; the receptionist was extremely ill mannered in her way of talking with her store clerks, passing comments like - "pehele kaam kar, khana nai khayaga toh mar nai jayega" - in front of customers). They took more than 50% from us in advance. I was promised a delivery date of 11th November and the Manager, Dev had asked me to follow up and remind him in last week October. I followed up with him in October last week and he asked me to call up at the reception on 3rd November. I called several times, but my calls were disconnected 5 times after puting me on hold for several minutes. After calling umpteen times, I was told that they will get back to me with a status update. When I got no call back, I mesaaged Dev, who told me to follow up again on 7th November. On calling the store on 7th, the same process of cutting calls and promising call backs for status updates was repeated. I tried reaching Dev several times, but he either cut my call or did not answer. On 11th November, i.e. the date of final delivery, right before leaving my house for trial, i decided to call the store to let them know I'm coming and that they should keep everything ready since I'm short on time, only a week before my wedding. I was then told that my lehenga was not ready and that it was delayed by 5 days. when i refused to accept such excuses of delay, the receptionist, Prabhleen, told me stories about how there had been a strike in the factory and also that the factory was closed due to delhi pollution. During the conversation she kept juggling between claiming the lehenga will be delayed by 3-4 days....and then saying by 5 days. Finally, when I caught hold of Dev on whatsapp call and told him i was upset about the delay, as well as, about how they did not care to inform me about such issues arising earlier, even though i had been trying to reach him and the store since weeks, he told me that apparently i shouldnt have called him or contacted him at all and that it is not his job to take calls. Apparently, he never takes any calls. Great customer support service i must say! At one point, we got a call from someone saying they would only be able to deliver my lehenga on 25th November (my wedding was on 23rd November). To add cherry on the cake, we were also asked to send them a snapshot of our wedding card as proof of the wedding date (because apparently we could be lying to them!). All this, when we had already paid 2/3rd of the cost of the lehenga, 5 months back! (it appears that Ankit's primary business is to actually pick money from the market and earn hefty interest, not designing and selling lehengas; with 90 lehengas delayed and starting price of lehengas being minimum 1 lakh, you can easily do the math of the amount of money he made! I hope Income tax officers are reading this). After several conversations, Dev gave us a commitment that he will make sure the lehenga is delivered to us on 16th, since my engagement was on 17th and I needed the lehenga on the day of my engagement for a puja ceremony. Dev also informed us that apparently it was not just my lehenga which was delayed, in fact 90 other lehengas were delayed due to potential payment issues. All this while the owner, Ankit Keyal, was not approachable. I, once again, fell in their trap and believed him. On 15th November (one day before the new promised delivery date, my mother tried to contact Dev to no avail. We were then informed by the reception that he was on leave and not reachable. Another nightmare began when this time again I was informed that my lehenga is not ready and that it will be delivered on 17th. Somehow, we contacted Ankit Keyal through Insta, who then informed us that the lehenga cannot be delivered before 20th. This time, the cause of delay was a fire in his production unit, which in fact killed 2 workers, even though there was no news on the media on this subject. (Note: I read several reviews online about asiana, where customers had received similar excuses for delays in the past, so it appears its either a lie, or a trick to fetch money from insurance agencies. INSURANCE COMPANIES, i hope you are reading this!) My parents were extremely stressed and decided to go to the store. When my mother cried at the store, they increased the volume of music, so that the noise wouldnt reach the customers on the 2nd floor. Ankit claimed that the lehenga was under production and will be ready by 20th. He showed a picture of a lehenga under production which was not even my lehenga (the lehenga I ordered was red in color, while the picture shown to us was of a pink lehenga with Rajasthani style work; moreover the lehenga he claimed was mine, was in fact cheaper in cost than my lehenga). At this point, my parents realised that the entire Asiana team was trying to take us on a ride. Had we fallen for their tricks this time, they would have delivered a wrong, cheaper lehenga to us on 20th, and we would have had no other option than to use that lehenga for the wedding function. By 20th, we would not have had the option of going out to buy a new lehenga either. After alot of arguments, Ankit told us to take the refund. We got our money back, but had to go through the torture of finding a new lehenga exactly one week before the wedding. Because of Asiana's mismanagement, treachery and unprofessional behavior, I had to buy a lehenga off the rack for the most special day of my life. These guys certainly know how to make the life of a bride and his family members miserable.

I will give it even less than this if possible... They have ruined my wedding celebration.. I have to sit there for more than eight hours for getting my lehenga done.. despite of calling them again and again.. Nd worst case is with my mother in law.. they have dispatched it after wedding... When we asked them to cancel that order as we have no use of it.. they refused to merge the amount of both bills, they compel us to buy the lehengas on their conditions. The stuff they used is of worst quality, fitting was of someone 5-6 size above my mother in law.. she can't even be able to wear it in reception too. It is highly recommend to go to this shop only if u want to waste ur money... Or want to purchase cheap stuffs in higher prices... They show us something else Nd give us something else... Regretting buying the stuffs from them.... So it is advisable not to visit this place ever...

I have never faced such a bad customer service for something which I paid for. As much excited I was for my wedding lehenga, these people killed it by not being responsive. My trial couldn't happen because the outfit was not received by a supplier. Fine, atleast own up for it. My wedding date was here but my outfit wasn't even dispatched. And the reason given is, it is coming from Kolkata there was a Durga Pooja so you know how it is there. Diwali came and went. 1 week after Diwali should I buy this as a excuse? Everytime I called and followed up all this while the standard reply was we are checking and we will get back to you. No one replied ever. And everytime I called back to know they were still clueless.

I visited this store in April to look for my bridal and Sangeet lehenga. Positives: Really good collection. Negatives: 1. WORST customer service ever. YOU being the customer will have to call them 20 times to know where the hell is your order. 2. After having ordered a lehenga way back in April end, I was given the delivery date as August 12th. But even 2 weeks after Aug 12th, store people were clueless about the status of my lehenga. One lady actually told me in August end that 'Ma'am I don't have any status from the back-end about the status of your order'. If this won't freak you out, then I don't know what will. My lehenga was delivered ONE MONTH late. 3. The owner of the store Mr .Ankit Keyal is the most rude person you will ever come across. He only cares about whether you have paid the full order money or not. I was shocked to hear the owner of a store being so arrogant and rude towards his customer. FINAL REVIEW- Ladies , save yourself the trouble and please please don't buy your wedding outfits from this store. The good collection here is definitely not worth the headache and tension you will have to go through once you have placed your order.
