Honestly, Finding a wedding planner for my friend Vaibhavi was tricky especially since it is Assam and here every decorator is a wedding planner. I cant believe how even here in Wedmegood many decorators of Assam have posted google / Pinterest downloaded pics as their work. Please be aware of such frauds. Like any other couple, Sundeep and I had imagined our wedding since long and we wanted to bring in the best elements possible. The search for vendors started in the early part of the year 2019 for the wedding which was scheduled on November, 2020 (Later postponed to April, 2021 due to COVID-19 situation). One of the most important aspects to be considered was the décor. We had a lot of ideas and wanted someone who would execute them within the budget that we had set for it. After browsing through the internet for days together we got in touch with Auraflare through WedmeGood. The main concern of ours was whether they would agree for an outstation assignment and if they would be able to curate our ideas at a completely unknown location. The first interaction with the team leads Dipankar Barman and Rupashree Goswami was a very positive one, as they patiently listened to our ideas. There was never a ‘No’ to any of our specifications. From chandeliers to chiavari chairs, stage backdrops to photo-booths, they made sure the set-up had the minutest detail that we had specified on some odd day within the years we have been in touch.
