I must express my disappointment with the photography/videography services provided for my wedding. Despite the promises made during the booking process, the team consistently failed to deliver as per the commitments. On one of the wedding event days, half of the team was absent. The excuses provided were consistently lame and did not alleviate the frustration of the situation. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, and I would caution others considering this service to proceed with caution. My wedding happened in February 2024 but till now I only have raw pics only with me. It seems like all the positive reviews are paid ones. Would like to give him ratings in negative.
