Where do I even begin? I live in the US and planning a huge wedding in India should have been a nightmare to say the least. But it was anything but that. It was a dream come true! Everything was hassle free, the decor was better than I envisioned, it went by so smoothly as a bride I didn't even have a clue on the work that went on behind me while I enjoyed my once in a lifetime ceremony. And I have only Bowtie to thank! From taking care of the vendors, discussing the decor to the tea( perfectionist here so you know how finicky we get), the flowers for my hair, makeup artist, DJ you name it they handled it. Even negotiating with certain difficult people in venues was taken care of so well I have absolutely no complaints just praises for this team. A particular thank you to Mohit for the decor, Ravi for the logistics, Abhishek for handling everything overall, Pooja for the beautiful hampers and ofc vidushi for being more than a helping hand and being my best friend during the time I was a bride. This team became more than just wedding planners. It's safe to say my husband and I made friends for life. If you need a wedding planner that goes above and beyond, close your eyes and chose them. You will not regret it. I promise.

We planned our entire wedding long-distance, with me in London and my husband in India. All I can say is that our wedding wouldn't have been half as beautiful without Bowtie. LOVE YOU, BOWTIE! Initially, we were very skeptical about hiring wedding planners due to what we had heard, but one conversation with Abhishek changed everything. In just 20 minutes, he walked us through the planning process so systematically that we immediately trusted him. He established a great deal of transparency and allowed us to choose any vendor we wanted without pushing their ideas on us. From there, I was introduced to Vidushi and Ravi, who met me on very short notice before I flew out. They spent three hours with me, and then I met them again a week before the wedding. In those three hours, we covered so much ground and set timelines for ourselves. Mohit then joined with his brilliant decor ideas, replicating my vision and offering budget-friendly alternatives when needed. Over the next six months, they ensured we met regularly, picked the best vendors, and coordinated everything. When I flew down to India and did the final walk-through with them, I was so thoroughly impressed to see how they managed everything. They called all vendors for a final conversation, walked us through each event, didn't hesitate to make any last-minute changes, and pretty much took over our discussion with the vendors like it was their own wedding. With Bowtie, every minor detail is taken care of. On the final two days, they were my go-to people for any last-minute stress. I remember seeing Mohit just before our haldi ceremony, when I was worried not many guests had arrived, and our entry wasn't going as planned. He hugged me and said, "Just enter, and we'll manage the rest." Manju stayed up all night and even helped us deal with insects in our room. Abhishek even remembered that I wanted to walk down the aisle without too much crowd around me and made sure to clear the aisle just before my entry. Vidushi and Pooja ensured I ate, fixed my hair and makeup when my makeup artist had left, and made sure I looked okay even at the after-parties. They seamlessly blended our different cultures and traditions, offering thoughtful opinions when our families couldn't agree. They truly became family during this time! BIG BIG LOVE TO THIS DREAM TEAM!! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH.

I live in Dubai, and when me and my fiancée decided to get married, we knew needed help. A friend of my dad’s helped us get in touch with bowtie, and from the first call we had with them, till after the wedding, it was like a dream. I have had friends and family warn me about how tiresome and busy my wedding would be, and how we as the bride and groom won’t be able to enjoy a second. But fortunately, I can happily say, that bow tie took on all the stress for us, and not once did we have to worry about anything. From decor to guest management, to speaking to the vendors to stationary to every other little detail, it could not be any more perfect. The entire team of bowtie became a part of our family and our celebrations, and that made it so much more enjoyable. We have decided that whenever we plan to renew our vows, we’d only do it with them. Solid decision made by my family and I. We had very little time to plan the wedding and a lot of work to do. Bowtie helped us with creating process flows, timelines, checklists, vendor recommendations, beautiful decor designs and set very realistic expectations. They were our 360 degree support. But you really see the bowtie team shine during the event and the week just before it. Amazing support, superb hospitality, extremely well structured and punctual.
