We used Chirag Events for our daughter’s wedding in Jodhpur at Balsamand lake palace. It was a three day event and Avinash was the person with whom we were liaising from Singapore. Being NRIs planing a destination wedding from far is always daunting but Avinash was always available to answer all our queries and doubts. He was meticulous in taking down our requirements and every small thing that I wanted was looked into.He was always around for all the last minute running about and he does everything with a smile. They coordinate with the photographers too and hope we get the best photos and videos of the event.We would strongly recommend Chirag events and the guys behind this - Avinash & Chirag are extremely talented in this aspect.Wishing them all the success.

Hi all I am R K Mahajan. Recently I had destination wedding of my daughter at Marugarh resort and spa jodhpur on Feb 5 and 6 for 2 days and Chirag event was our Planning and Decoration partner As a summary if I see the overall event for 2 days it was satisfactory . But was i having a complete peace of mind during 2 days the answer is No. Let me highlight my experience for 2 days indicating his strengths , his weak areas where I faced difficulties , for others who are planning to engage him in future for wedding events in Rajasthan 1. If I see the decorative part of each event of the marriage Mehandi , Engagement , Haldi and Marriage it was awesome. Will rate him 120%. The colour theme for each event ( though it was decided jointly ) and how well it came out was really very good . The various selfie points , the type of furniture used and other decorative part was all upto the mark 2. The various entry points of bride and groom at each event of Engagement , Haldi , Marriage and specially Jaimala was really value for money and he made those moments memorable with his expertise 3. However in terms of Guest Management since he handled the event management also during those 2 days it was absolutely not upto the mark. It gave us anxiety moments and loss of peace multiple times in 2 days and there was a big disappointment . Probably he outsourced this portion to a external agency and persons who came they had absolutely no idea what to do in 2 days and he did not focus on the same . Till the time you do not start those preparations few days advance before the event it is impossible to handle it well 4. Response of Chirag events before and during events was again a nightmare. I happen to ask him many questions as part of pre preparations for each event but every time disappointment. 5. Money wise also he was having a mindset of extracting more money at multiple stages of discussion after he was finalised as a partner In totality Technical / decorative part he was more than expectation but Management part below expectations
