An amazing experience, to say the least. Countless Stories (CS) was referred to us by a close relative thereby already setting the high credibility bar of their work. We had been searching for a wedding organizing team and inquired with several before talking to CS. As soon as the initial call, we had a great vibe about CS owning to the founders - Chetan and Shraddha and we decided to take the next steps with them. We had our wedding in India, located away from our city while living outside India. The logistics itself was a challenge. CS handled it quite well with both communication and execution from start to end. As with every event, there were several challenges apart from the logistics as mentioned above. One biggest was the COVID period due to which we had to reschedule our wedding 2 times in a row. However, we stayed in contact with CS and they were quite helpful in managing it through and through. Communication is the key and they excelled at that. What, when, where, how, etc. was critically discussed with us and modified based on our feedback. The provided several options for each aspect of the event such as the mood boards, locations, decorations and more. Some uncertainties came up, especially with early cost estimates and the final budget which is majorly due to the local vendors and other variables that may or may not be in the control of CS at that time. However, talking it through and with some negotiations on either side, everything went quite well in the end. I believe it was beyond the satisfaction of service for the price paid. They showed patience with us and family during several challenging occasions which only made the whole experience for us better. Everything was as we wanted including the budget, decorations, elements and management prior and on the day of the event. We loved the whole experience from start to end and have already referred CS to anyone who asked us about wedding organizers.
