He will keep following up until you agree to meet him and give some advance payment. Once the advance payment is done, he will start diverting from the things discussed in the first meeting and in the end will consider the booking canceled himself. Here is what he did to me: Kept following up until I agreed to meet him and made some advance payment. After the advance is done, he started diverting from the things discussed so I argued around the same but didn't cancel the booking. When I called him just 2-3 days before the function he has already considered the booking as canceled. How the hell he considered the booking as canceled without even confirming it when I made the advance payment, maybe because he got some large event to manage. I tried to arrange everything on my own in the last movement and things went wrong as expected... Hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
