Omg!!! I love this brand Ejaaz couture,I have ordered twice now and love everything I received so far. The shipping time is fast,It is quicker than ordering from the US since the time i realized US boutiques end up ordering from India only. Will order again and again until my wish list is complete ( 🤪) Can't say enough how much I am in love with their work…😍

I decided to go with Ejaaz based on their designs on Instagram. Had the worst experience ever. I placed an order in April 2021 for delivery in Nov 2021. I received a call from their staff member in Oct 2021 asking if I still wanted the lehnga before they started production. I asked them to put it on hold since the wedding was postponed. I received a call from a different staff member the very next day saying the lehnga was already ready. We asked them if there was a way to change the design/color of the lehnga since the venue was changed to a beach wedding and the previous selection did not make sense now. They refused. What followed was a series of calls and visits to their store to fix the situation, all of which were handled extremely unprofessionally by their staff, to a point where their staff member called and shouted on my parents and me. It is one thing to not cooperate with us in a situation and another to disrespect, shout and insult my family and me. They accused us of lying about the first phone call from their staff member, the venue change (obviously because they knew when and where I will get married better than me) and also of wanting free goods when we already had paid 1.5 lakhs for the lehnga. They continued to send offensive messages to me on WhatsApp and harass me after I had decided to not take the lehnga from them. It would almost be an insult for me at this point to wear their lehnga on my wedding day. The worst customer experience, lack professionalism. Would not recommend for overseas clients were there can be potential change in travel plans. Update: After the reply was posted, 1) why we changed our mind about the lehnga is not their business. Irrespective, the whole story was told to them in the correct timeline. 2) My problem is not the fact the they refused to change the design, my problem is how the situation was handled and how horribly this person spoke to me and my mother. The person who handles their WhatsApp account even threatened me by taking screenshot of my phone number and WhatsApp profile. He said he would share it will whoever he worked with, forgetting the fact that I don’t buy wedding lehngas everyday. With a simple polite request to change the lehnga he went on a rant.

I bought lehenga for my brother’s wedding from them for summer wedding. The jazz and sparkle added in. My customised lehenga order by the team is beyond my expectation! I am very impressed with my order I received yesterday. Even though I ordered my wedding lehenga online the embroidery works and fall is perfect. I just can’t control my happiness when I wore my wedding lehenga. Very happy with overall service and support I got during the entire process. I would like to share my very pathetic experience with Ejaaz Couture. I reached out to them regarding a sherwani order back in May. They replied promptly enough up until the point of making the advance payment of 50 percent of the total amount due (INR 100k in my case). I was told that I’ll be receiving sketches of the design shortly. Two weeks go by and I don’t hear anything from them. They do not send an invoice or a timeline for production/delivery. When I do reach out to them, I do not hear back despite 2 separate attempts to contact them 3 days apart. At this point, I try to make my expectations clear about needing an order confirmation receipt and a clear timeline. Being in the US, finding a time to call them back in India can be tricky, so I had my mother reach out to them. What followed was plain humiliation. The man who handles their WhatsApp business account (+91-9873789288) calls me to disrespectfully yell at me about how I am wasting his time and showing haste by asking for an invoice and a timeline, that they have done nothing wrong by not sharing these with me, and I need to work “on their terms and conditions”. He goes on to point how I wasted his time by enquiring about designs and “bargaining”. I am shocked that a client services representative would forth like that. Of course, at this point there are rules (none of which was shared in writing) that no refunds will be issued despite such terrible customer experience. As a customer, it is my right to expect an invoice when a payment is made and to be told a clear time line or sequence of events, and not just vague promises of “it will be ready before your event”. This experience has been frustrating and humiliating, to say the very least. And then there’s the financial loss of not getting my payment back. It saddens me that a brand that portrays themselves as one that has experience with dealing with overseas clients has such terrible customer service. Or rather has chosen this man to be the voice of their company. Sure enough, he didn’t even care to introduce himself. I plan to disseminate my bad experience with Ejaaz Couture as much as I can, hoping that it can guide others’ decision making if they are considering working with this company. I am going to take this matter to the Indian consumer complaints forum. At the very least, I deserve an apology about how poorly this issue was handled. Update: the response that I got from Ejaaz in regard to the above review follows their pattern of not owning up to their unprofessional behavior (specifically the language used during my conversation with them) and putting the blame on the customer itself. Of course, I’ve changed my mind. Not because I don’t want their product anymore but because I value my dignity and peace of mind more. Others’ testaments only support the callous approach that this company has taken toward customer complaints. I’d rather take by business elsewhere.

Terrible experience with them Never received my outfits . I was poorly informed about everything including outfits and payments . 6 months later , they haven’t refunded me a penny back . Highly disappointing experience.
