The founder doesn’t want to speak to the clients at all! Requested and confirmed personal meeting twice, made us travel an hour each time and didn’t show up/cancelled last minute! Twice!! And meeting cancellations are sent on iMessages 😂 no courtesy to even call and inform the clientl! The assistant is non responsive with 0 attention to detail or requirements and has no idea on what’s going on. It’s a loop where you keep chasing them on open points and they won’t close them and ghost you for long and when you are frustrated and follow up they stop responding to any calls or messages.
