For me as a bride, I think this has been the most terrible experience in the entire wedding journey. I have never shouted in my life, but these people forced me to do it. Mr. Sanjay Goel from FRIENDS Kolkata is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. Even the Jaipur team is horrible. Inactive staff, delay in delivery, unprofessional behaviour, all the things that can possible make an organization suck, they have all of it. Because of them, my entire family suffered during the wedding process. I wouldn't recommend ever going with them.
