A pathetic customer service.. worst experience. I went to this shop to purchase my bridal lehnga.. purchased one and asked them to deliver directly to Rajasthan, my hometown. But was highly dissatisfied when I got the product, they had changed the design of lehnga in the name of finishing. When I again went to them for the issue they assured that they will rectify it and send me back. But to my utmost dissatisfaction, they again did that wrong. When I asked them to rectify, they said they can’t do anything now and they are not aware about the outfit. Such a irresponsible behaviour from such a reputed store is not acceptable at all.

My husband purchased his wedding outfits from here. They have an amazing collection to choose from and my husband was very happy with his purchase. They have everything under one roof and it's amazing. Highly recommended.
