It was not easy to find my bridal lehenga in the middle of a pandemic. I was hesitant to travel to Delhi for it and then I started to find one in Amritsar. Sitara is very near to my home in Amritsar and that was a great plus for me. I could go there as many times as required and could decide the lehenga I wanted. Saira and Saurabh were of great help in choosing the right outfits for both my wedding and sangeet. The measurments, and trials were hassle free and the team at Sitara is also very friendly.

I found Sitara on Instagram. This was when COVID had just started making a barrage of calls to designers and labels across NCR. . With my sister's wedding looming large in December, we were all nerves. And with much skepticism, I reached out to Sitara because they were based in Amritsar and we in Gurgaon. What started as a journey full of trepidation, is today perhaps the best decision of our lives with regard to the wedding. On the first call with Saurabh Khanna, we were struck by his most professional yet so amicable demeanor. Saurabh was on top of his game with cuts, silhouettes, colours and fabrics. He carefully took our requirements and posed us with options that were most beautiful, intricately made and cost effective. The collection was so diverse that we wanted to buy almost everything. After seeing the first five pieces, we had set our heart upon a coral lehenga and even though, we looked at many more, we finally ended up buying that stunning piece. Saurabh was meticulous in taking measurements and generous with video calls and virtual meetings. We also bought a few other outfits from Sitara, all of which were home delivered with precision sizing and exceedingly high quality fabrics. It's a relationship of trust, our family has built for life with Sitara. We know that anytime in the future, we need couture or ethnic wear, we have a great place to go to.

Pathetic experience I have ordered an lehenga for my reception it was on short notice though they took 2-3 days for finishing n fitting yet the lehenga was dirty inner fabric was black it didn't have new ness the colour was faded. I am utterly disappointed n have wasted loads of money. please don't trust the seller they are insensitive n fool you. better to visit the shop n buy rather falling in trap.i feel been cheated. :( :(
