I’ll start with a big thank you for the entire time you devoted. From the start we believed in what you said and you did it well. We hired Gaurav for my wedding in April 2021, but due to Covid it got postponed to February 2022, he offered full refund and we denied ,as we were pretty much convinced with his work attitude and accommodating nature that no matter what he will do best. In February the wedding again got postponed and we got a date just after a month in March 2022 . The entire planning went well,he never got irritated with late night even midnight calls , multiple questions and what not. It was my cousin's wedding and I was the one who worked with them. since the lead man Gaurav was not available due to his injury but his team worked very well on each detail. Pallvi - Extremely unprofessional behaviour. After paying advance and all planning, pulled out just 15 days before wedding. Became unapproachable before cancelling our booking. Its not even possible to express here in words how catastrophic situation it was when planner cancels just before the wedding. Sumit - Everything was perfect when we started in early March 2021 for planning our wedding on 22nd May 2021 with Gaurav Mohnot Weddings. He was always there for us in planning the best wedding for us. Then suddenly in April, covid wave-2 came in India and we had to postpone our wedding to Jan 2022 due to covid and other unfortunates in our family. It was well conveyed to Gaurav around 15th April and we postponed it. We started talking to Gaurav again around Diwali 2021 to plan the wedding for Jan 2022. Most of the times, when we tried to reach out to him he was not available and we had to follow-up with him multiple times. We understand a person can have personal problem and heath issues but he was always postponing our meetings and not available for days and not responding on chats. As professional we conveyed to him that if he has issues, he can let us know and we will be understanding. On multiple occasion, we asked him, if he is not interest anymore or don’t want do the wedding let us know before only so that we have enough time to plan something else. My brother told me around mid November that this guy is gonna cheat at the end and I told him that no, Gaurav will be available for us and he will plan our wedding. To our surprise, my brother was right. He stopped responding to us, aligned some other person who mentioned to us that he is part of Gaurav’s team and he said he will work out things for us while Gaurav is away due to some health condition, but we got to know that he was fit and in fine condition. And around 2nd Jan right 20 days before our wedding I get a text message for credit of amount which is exact the same of what we paid as booking bonus to Gaurav (40%) and just like this he cancelled the wedding which we were planning from so long. He didn’t have enough curtesy/ professionalism to call us and inform the same. And in some days he just blocked us. He ruined everything for us and put us through so much. At this point, even the full refund was not helping as it was a destination wedding an no vendor would be able to plan a wedding in just 10 days. The other guy who was handling the work now says that he has his own wedding company and will plan the same event for more than double about of what we agreed with Gaurav. To our surprise, he did other wedding around the same time but was not able to do ours. I am attaching all the conversation as proof of his unresponsive ness and the agreement details.

Gaurav did an amazing job in my daughter’s Wedding planning! Super attentive and nice to talk to,he put everyone at ease and took care of all the difficult stuff. He is capable of covering each and every aspect of the planning, so you don't need to put in any time looking for things yourself. He come up with great ideas with respect to themes and decor suggestions. Handling smallest of the stuff to creating big grandeur is his specialty. He also have a keen eye for detail and have an amazing aesthetic sense. I recommend him to everyone I know!
