I got married in November 2017, & we hired Charu after dropping our original planner when charu reached us out and said that she is doing event in our venue before and after our date. I had SO MUCH faith but what a sham. The venue was done up so poorly, it seemed like it was done by a tent wala. 1) the stage was so feeble. My husband and I spent the entire wedding telling our guests to be careful because the stage was creaking and we were so scared that it won't stand. In the end, we couldn't do massive family portraits cause charu had to skimp on quality. 2) the baraat had arrived and charu's team was still working on stage and lighting 3) the quality of her products is so cheap. Her plastic flowers, which she'll go on and on about in her meeting with you, looks like they were bought from karol bagh for rs 10. 4) she doesn't even do everything. We had spoken about having a kallere ceiling on my mandap. Guess what?! She forgot. And there were no refunds or apologies. Save yourself!!
