HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. She had no time management skills. Given below are a FEW issues we faced- 1. Charged ~20% more than the agreed amount and tried to create a scene in front of guests. 2. Hair clips, makeup remover was provided by us because she was not carrying it in spite of knowing there was a requirement of makeup change (2nd look) 3. Her makeup trolley bag was thrown open on our bed with no base cover on the bedsheet 4. Room was left in a mess 5. In spite of repeatedly letting her know that we were running late she ensured she will take her own sweet time to click MULTIPLE photos and videos 6. She changed the timing on when she would start by calling the bride in the morning and hence created a lot of confusion. Of all the wedding events, this was the worst experience we faced. Highly unprofessional. I had a different makeup and hair artist arranged for Mehendi function and she was a 100 times better in all aspects.
