If ordering from Overseas Countries/Singapore would advise you to never use this site or buy a product from Glimour. The product was never delivered. Glimour made no effort to follow up and only after fighting with them did they try to call Royal Mail but never gave an answer. I called Royal Mail to discover the product was not delivered/never left UK. Requested Glimour to refund me but she still didnt cancel and refund the amount after the product was stuck in UK/not delivered. No effort to help overseas customers and no refunds. Worst experience ever. Lost a lot of money. Not an ethically run business.

HORRIBLE Experience!! I paid extra to get my jewelry on time before my wedding reception and it NEVER arrived!! i asked this lady to refund my money several times, like her website says it will and she refused to acknowledge my emails or attempts to return them!!! save your money and go somewhere else!
