I was looking for artists who are professional and are into natural yet glam style of makeups - a mix of which is rarity in the northern side of the country. What appealed to me the most about Ria was her professionalism and attitude towards the assignment. We had well in advance discussed the look books / mood boards and was very participative in terms of understanding my preferences, the kind of things that I would like / not like - and all by giving visual examples supported by an explanation of what's happening in the image which really helped.
