I bought three sarees from Gorvis. They asked me to pick up my sarees after a day as they need to do the ironing and other work to give me a finish product. I picked up my sarees after two days. They shoed me the sarees in a cover that all the works are done. But when I checked the sarees at home, I found the sarees are badly ironed. Not expected from a shop claiming best of product and services.

Pathetic quality Pathetic finishing of the dress and costumes They have given me a lehnga with a non-functional zip. Overpriced as per the dress design and pattern The dress I have recieved is not air steamed/dry clean and it has stitches hanging. They hardly understand the customers needs and will not follow any instructions being given by the customers. They can't handle urgent alterations and changes to be made in costumes. Miscommunication, too much staff to handle. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

I bought one of my wedding Outfit from this place. Their collection is so different from all the other ones and this is a perfect place to get unique bridal outfits. Their staff really helped me with selection but the only drawback was i had to call them and go for my traisl every single day i had to do a lot of follow ups otherwise everything was nice and gorgeous.

worst place ever to shop.. final products are different then what is shown.. major quality issues. my duppattas and skirt are of different colors. arrogant people

I've brought my wedding lehenga from Gorvi's Creation ,the designs were quite good and they had variety of ethenic dresses,lehengaa and sarees etc.My lehenga was quite beautiful but wasn't comfortable,I struggled with carrying the lehenga around.

It was my sister's wedding she got her lehenga from Gorvi and even I got my lehenga from there.The prices are not very high in comparison to the kind of stuff he provides but i faced a little issue with the colour so i wanted Sky colour but they gave me turquish colour.Overall it was nice

I got one of my wedding outfits from here and I feel its a good shop to shop from for brides to be. It's a very modern and unique clothing store. It has very different kind of styles and I love it. They use great material and their customer services are great.

Every piece of clothing has something special that made me look the best on my special day. Made with excellent quality fabrics and keeping in mind the vision and requirements.

Dreadful experience. I went there to shop for my reception outfit and chose a gown in the first go itself. The gown was apt for my size so no alterations were needed just a lining was to be added. When I went there to take the delivery the lady told me there is no need to try as the fit was already perfect, so i didn't. When i came home and tried the gown the lining was soo short and the stitching was soo week that it didn't fit me and when i forcefully tried to put it the stitches started coming out. On going back to the store the people there told themselves that it was there fault and cany be corrected now so told me to choose another one to which they told that they'll put the sleeves with some detailing to it. When i received the gown 2 days prior to my wedding i realised that they have put plain net sleeves with no detailing (as mentioned). Pathetic service, people over there do not keep by their words also they are nobody else but crooks.

Even for my sisiter's wedding we went to him and I was pretty convinced on uying my lehenga from him.The prices are not very high in comparison to the kind of stuff he provides. I liked one design very much but it was available in Red wherein I wanted Orange.He was so good and adjusting that he stitched it for me in only a week's time.

My most unfortunate shopping day when I stepped into Gorvi’s for the most special wedding in my family. All workers form nothing but a bunch of crooks. First they trapped by promising for the delivery date of my requirement. Then the delivery was 3 days late which troubled me as I had less time left for stitching of the lehenga blouse. Then, after reaching home I was aghast to see the embroidery on my blouse. I was promised that the blouse would be embroidered properly as per my requirements. But there was nothing like that - no following of pattern, no clarity and uniformity and worst of it did not cover the required area. Just imagine spending 16000 Rs on a dress and then you this quality - How disgusting 😡😡😡 Gorvi’s should be ashamed of themselves for fooling the customer like it. All my curses with Gorvi’s

I would never recommend this shop. Regret the day I walked into one of their locations. You will find everything and anything in their shop at 10 other stores. Nothing special. too many ready made over priced outfits and replica lehnghas. Save ur breath and go elsewhere. NEVER pay in advance for an outfit. They don’t even uphold their own policy on cancelations written on receipts (believe is -10% ) and you won’t ever get what you ask for. I ordered an outfit based on one in their store and they didn’t get a single item of the 3 pieces correct!!! Seen many unhappy customers. Even saw a bride crying while leaving, saying they refused to give her money back for a lehngha she wasn’t in love with. The owner is a middle aged egotistical man who tries to act like everything in the store is a creation from his imagination. Argued with him for 10 mins over a lehngha he tried to show me as one from his latest designs, but it was a blatant replica of mytrousseau from England. So unimpressed by the lack of professionalism and unethical behaviour. A happy customer is more valuable than one you try to scam into spending money on something they didn’t ask for or want. Word of mouth and referral is always the greatest compliment you can receive. A happy bridal client will boast about your business to her entire wedding party. An unhappy one will never be happy in anything she’s forced to own.

it's a multi storey shop with a good collection but they also delayed my engagement gown by almost a week but thankfully they did not mess up my gown atall. The quality and everything was great but there were a few customers in that shop complaining about their oufits as they messed up the colour of their outfits. They also had a slight delay of abt 4-5 days in my gown.

I bought my wedding lehenga from them. Good quality fabric, perfect fitting, quality workmanship and value for money. Highly recommended.
