Worst experience. Literally customer has to beg this person for photos and video. No response to calls or msgs. Visit to his studio is of no use. Have heard that in business, "Customer should be treated like a King" but here literally the worst opposite. No value for customers' requests, time, money, patience or emotions behind the function. We pay and invite the mental trauma. Struggling to get our photos n video even after months. We plan to save our sweet memories through photography but end up in unforgettable painful experience by choosing these guys. Where is the purpose of this business served when they dont deliver the output.
