I had booked for my son's naming ceremony and they denied the event a day before stating, 'that's your function and your headache' even though we had paid 26500 as advance. Later, we asked for refund. Now, it is more than 15 days and still see no signs of refund. Moreover, he has blocked the number for even asking the status.

These PPL are frauds, i request everyone not to book any if the events with them,I have booked service for photography in which album and teaser were included and now they were saying only for photography 12k I'd applicable and for rest album we need to pay extra and elthey have blocked number. Just frauds don't entertain

Initially the vendor promised to give multiple services at an agreed price, the vendor ensured to do aggressive selling till the booking amount was made, after the amount was paid the vendor was not very professional, spoke rudely, didn't give a brief on their cancellation policy and trapped us into getting services from them, and finally didn't provide the services he had promised, the name of the company is very contradicting cuz I ended up getting very stressed after being associated with them, finally whatever service he had provided that is decoration part was not worth the money and upto the mark, I ended up loosing money, time and energy being associated with this vendor, they don't care thats its an important day for you, all they care is about the money, he had booked all his profits under decoration category irrespective of giving one or multiple services his profit remained the same. Very unethical business practice, wouldn't really suggest anyone to go with them, infact if I get to know someone is planning with them, would tell in detail my awful experience. Money earned in unethical ways and causing misery to people will not serve them well, hope they understand and change their ways.

****Fraud alert**** Happy Catering n Events I saw their add in Facebook and contacted Ram took their service for my son’s naming ceremony, we had a deal for 62,500/- including decoration, Catering and photography. Payments were made completely online on different dates(Attached screenshot). All the service was provided on the event date as promised, the guy with whom I was in contact never agreed to meet. His final payment settlement was made on event day as agreed and was promised that I will get photos and videos in a week or 10 dayd but it was later delayed to one month, I agreed for this delayed reason as they might be busy in other events. Later after a month he started ignoring calls msgs and no response, on 29th August he replied to msgs when I started posting reviews in Google and other websites, he started absuing and blackmailing to remove reviews or he will file case against me. He also threatened to pay provided discount money of 17,000 then only he will give photos and videos. Now he has completely put my num in blocklist and no response. Opted for catering services for baby shower function, food was suppose to deliver at 12.30pm however reached at 2pm after making 100calls to Ram, Tanya n the catering incharge. Food quality was pathetic, poori was soaked in oil, paneer masala was too salty, veg palav tasted like plain rice, rose milk was water mixed with muchhh sugar, dessert had only the food color in it. Rasam was the only item which was good. Highly disappointed with the food and service, food was not even worth ₹100 but thy quoted 200pp.

The food was amazing, and the service was professional and precise. I have to particularly praise Ram. His help was invaluable for taking of all facets of the catering and while caring for our budget and goals. Ram has a wonderful cooking staff, but their staff really sets them apart.

Best experience ever! Happy catering did the most amazing job for us! From the planning to the execution everything was top-notch. Mr.Ram came to our venue prior to the event and walked through with us making suggestions on how to make things efficient and pleasing to the eye. He shared his expertise in recommending certain things and advising against others. We had a wonderful food tasting experience at his office, where he let us sample almost every item we were interested in (other caterers we looked at only wanted to let us taste three items at most). He not only provided the most delicious, excellent food (which our guests are still talking about! ), but he also provided signage, floral centerpieces, picture frames, linens, glassware, tables, etc. He also made recommendations on other vendors, who were also amazing. We have five food stations and two bars at our event and all were beautifully executed. Everything was pleasing to the eye and the staff was professional, courteous, and highly-skilled. He was on site for the entire event and was right on top of everything.Team left the venue looking just as good as when they arrived, removing any sign that there had even been a party. We had an event for which we registered with \”Happy Catering \’n\’ Events\” catering service to provide 3 meals for 25 people for 2 days. 6 meals in all. We agreed on the menu and I paid an advance of Rs 15000 (total amount Rs 21000). On the day of the service, the quality and quantity was very very poor and I questioned the service provider. The service provider cancelled the deal made with me in the middle of the service and is not ready to give me my refund of the balance amount. Very bad service and unethical behavior. The amount of food and quality was very poor. The rice which was to serve 25 people was sufficient only for 14. When questioned, Shweta said do what you want, I am cancelling the order. No refund, no response to mails.

Think twice before you book with this caters, unless you want a total unhappy experience. Had been in touch with the caters for a month, hesitated whole long to place order due to trust deficit. strangely signed up being brave to try something new a week before the event and that's when i ended up signing up for mess least did I anticipate. Ended up getting a different menu than planned, had the team arrive 1.5 hours behind the schedule, created anxiety amongst the guest, who want to finish fast and leave. Team took another 45 mins to set up the counters, and got the sequence totally incorrect. Was shabbily dressed with crumbled multi colored clothing, with no grooming barely were familiar with local language. Dint have a clue of what they were upto. Total turn off for an event. Though the staff were curt and willing to work hard, their clothing sense had killed the whole exp. Did not carry Rice Rasam papad, any lunch wouldn’t be complete without these Starters: One starter not delivered, paneer Manchurian was the worst prep, it was soggy, hard and all of it ended up in the bin. Wont be surprised if this was a old stock. Ordered for Baby corn honey chilly, got some terribly cooked shredded baby corn no honey no chilly Main course: Curd rice had no salt, the grapes had seeds and some even rotten. Guess it was all milk than curds. Ordered for dal fry, got dal Makni with rajma barely cooked. Ordered for mixed veg kadai, got a lumpy sticky vegetable curry wonder what it was, the staff dint know what it was Biryani so claimed to be a long rice, but wasn’t the case, It was soggy and charred – total turn off Paneer matter masala was okay Chapatis were fine but had pulkas mixed up were severely short on quantity. Panned 50, had 44 adults and children turn up. Sweets both Jamoon and Rasmalai were sized smaller than regular for 50 pax order they had sent 54 pieces. Had paid 70% advance and had request the exec to meet me in person to settle the rest, but didn’t bother instead threatens to send a collection agent, gives million reasons to own up the feedback. Would I go back, Hell no, not even if I was paid to endorse

Happy Catering and Events is Fantastic! We really appreciated how promptly we had our tasting and knew immediately after trying their food that we would be in good hands. Ram and lohit put together a great menu for us and the communication to finalize details was always timely and on point. On our actual wedding day, the Events staff arrived promptly and were so professional and hard working. The food at the reception was delicious and we got so many nice compliments from our guests. We also liked that they are no-waste kitchen and committed to providing great food in a responsible way.

This guy called Ram completely spoiled my event. Had booked HAPPY CATERING for baby shower and had told Ram to arrange everything including chairs, food, water ending with paan. Event was on Sunday(Traffic free). Event was at 12 and Ram promised me that he will be at venue by 11 - 11:30am. But he came there at 1:45pm after all the event was over. had to complete the fuction without chairs. Then his guys started putting chairs. They started the food preparation at 2pm. Mistakes usually happen at such events but this team was so unprepared was heights. Below are is the list of issue I faced: 1. Ram's team reached the venue after the event was over. Few people left the fuctions without having food. 2. No drinking water was arranged. 3. few utensils were un-washed after yesterday's event. They were cleaning the kadai with papar, that too infront of my guests. 4. No matchbox to light the stow. 5. No paan. I dont think I'll dare to host any event again. It was like a nightmare for me. Food was OK.
