We talked to them from USA and everything was done over phone and email. Very transparent and clear expectations set. Professional and punctual. Special shout out to the team that worked with our families to bring more laughter and joy in the pictures. The deliveries were also very punctual and our reviews were incorporated very quickly.

Specially for NRI people. I would say not to work with Hardik Radia. He is super unprofessional. They don’t have contract email or any agreements with the client. All is in the air and phone talk. so you don’t know what will be the cancellation policy with this photographer. We are USA based. We found him through this app with having hope everything will go well but it didn’t. I hired him for pre wedding and all functions for bride and groom side. After pre wedding shoot. I didn’t like his work and it was not as per my expectations. So I asked him about cancellation policy. There was no policy. I already gave him huge amount of advance which he didn’t gave back. I hired different photographer for my all remaining functions. We had pre wedding shoot on January end. I was keep asking for my changes since last 9 months. All the time they had different excuses. Worst is they forgot to copy our data for any future changes. First Hardik lied for few months saying he had our data and then he confronts he forgot to copy. How UNPROFESSIONAL is this!!!
