Divya Chowfin, apparently the owner is the rudest person I've ever come across. I had become one of their regulars by ordering 3 times within a short span. For my 4th order I requested her not to put dried leaves inside the packaging. She flat out refused. At first I thought I was talking to a staff member who generally have such carefree attitude. Later after telling her that I would be discontinuing my purchases because without asking the reason I was flat out refused. I'm an asthmatic patient and evert time I open himalayanhaat packages I have to take antihistamine tablet. Well for me, a company is an overall package of good customer service where in one empathises with the customer and displays a caring attitude. Such cold, carefree, and dismissal attitude of the brand owner with no recognition to continuous purchases and customer loyalty has made me strike and black list this brand completely. May be after she's had a dose on customer service from this review she will change her attitude for good. It's not always about the products being good. Would you be dealing with such an owner even if she sold top notch products....Don't think so!
