She answered our questions and concerns and worked with us to make our venue look so magical. I had hired this vendor for my engagement and wedding decor. Sadly they promised a lot but could not deliver even 50% of it. The quality of material used was pathetic. there were holes in carpets used, the vases had washed out paint, the fixings were loose and there was no coordinator of the vendor at the venue to handle any emergency.
