Do yourself a favor and stay away from Dolly and her brand. I have a first-hand experience of the unprofessionalism and poor quality dress that i received from Dolly after spending a ton of money. Dolly will only treat you well until the time you haven't made the advance payment. After that, you will see the real person behind her who is egoistic, disrespectful, and laid back. She will commit a date to you and then will fail to deliver on that day and then will give you excuses and blame you. She will not be able to deliver your dresses on time, and then instead of apologizing, she will blame you or the carrier service. The dress i received doesn't fit me. She was supposed to take my second measurement, but she only started working on my dress 3 days before the delivery date. She will promise to send you the swatch, but you won't receive it, and that's the first lie. So don't even expect that. The overall quality is poor, definitely not what i wanted, and I regret trusting her. Not to forget the stress i had to go through because Dolly delayed the delivery, and i wasn't even sure if i would be able to wear it for my function. And well, she didn't care about it cause she got her money. I definitely enjoyed talking to Siya. She was respectful and honest, but there's so much she can do. Final conclusion, Save your money and yourself from stress and lies and stay away from Dolly and her brand.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. The customer service provided by her was absolutely terrible. Before I made the purchase, she was constantly reaching out to me, with calls and messages and sharing pictures of different outfits. However, as soon as I made the payment, her responsiveness disappeared entirely. It was as if she suddenly became too busy to acknowledge my messages, and I would be left waiting for days on end for any kind of response. To make matters worse, the outfits I ordered were never ready on time. She kept pushing back the delivery date, making excuses.. and when I finally received my order, I was shocked to find that the two embroidered dupattas I had ordered were significantly shorter than the standard length for lehenga dupattas. I had specifically mentioned that I wanted them to be 1.5 to 2 meters and she assured me, "Don't worry, there will be no issue." Clearly, this was not the case. The lehenga blouse I received was poorly made, and it required rectification, which took another 2 -3 weeks over the already delayed delivery date. Coordinating the return and delivery process was a nightmare, and I ended up having to pay for courier charges twice because the clothes had to be shipped out of Mumbai. Overall, my experience with this service was nothing short of a disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering this vendor to think twice before making a purchase.

I resisted this and she absconded with my money and never picked my calls or gave my lehenga. Run away From THIS FRAUD.

I didn’t see the dress till it was shipped to me. As a result I had way too many queries, but trust me when I say Siya was extremely helpful and prompt throughout! Then one day randomly I was scrolling insta and came across this page called Isa by Dolly Wahal and loved the designs, I shortlisted few and took an appointment to see it in person and oh my god I loved the collection, each piece was so unique. I communicated solely through WhatsApp and was a little nervous to be honest, but any hesitation I had was instantly alleviated when I would contact Dolly and she instantly responded. Can't thank Dolly Ma'am enough for dealing with me and sending me the most perfectly fitted outfit despite never having met before. My wedding was on August but I got in touch with Dolly Ma'am on Feb regarding my reception gown and she promised the outfit would be ready by the time I get to India on June (I live in Kenya). As promised, the outfit was delivered within 2 days of me landing in India and the fit was great! Only had a slight issue of the length which was fixed within a short span of time again. Words cant describe how much i loved the outfit created by isa by dolly wahal, after struggling for weeks and going around town to find something i liked, i came across them on instagram and fell in love with their work, it seemed too good to be true, usually what you see is not what u get, but to my utter surprise the end product was even better than what i had seen or visualized, i must say dolly and siya are both amazing to work with, i was convinced in less than 20 mins of meeting them about what i wanted and had already placed the order and was out of the door, and i had my outfit in hand in less than 2 weeks which fitted me so well and looked incredible. It was the most hassle free shopping experience i have had, and i love the attention to detail, the precision and the finishing. They are a delight to work with, and i know i have built a lifetime of relationship.

I found Isa brand on instagram and instantly was attarched by many gorgeous designs and reached out to them. On my first visit itself I fell in love with a lehenga and was sure that this would be my Sangeet outfit. Not only that after running through the city to find a sangeet outfit for my mom and ending up with bad experiences very end moment we reached out to Dolly aunty and she helped us incorporate one of her gorgeous deigns in our budget that too very last moment. Dolly aunty and her daughter were an absolute delight to work with. Out fittings were 🤌 in one go. So many good things to say about this brand what I loved most was how understanding they were of our vision and gave every customer all their attention as its on appointments basis only. I placed orders for my bridesmaid outfits with various renowned designers in Mumbai. Two of those outfits when tried on was a nightmare. With just 2 weeks for my sister’s wedding, I was short of outfits for two of the main events. Started scrolling through Instagram for other designers. After speaking to various designers, I decided to go ahead with Isa by Dolly Wahal. I have to confess that I did not have lot of expectations due to the short window, and all the customization requests I had. To top it all, everything including measurements was done from overseas, over WhatsApp. On the trial day (just days before the wedding), I was pleasantly surprised and literally over the moon. I am short of words to describe the precision of the beautiful outfits. The fit, customized color, pattern, everything was absolute perfection. The quality of work was unbelievable and I couldn’t be happier. Dolly and Siya were the sweetest during the trial and went their way out to accommodate few last minute requests. I came across Isa by Dolly Wahal through instagram around April. My wedding was in July and I had planned my Mumbai trip for May. I went to all these different designers and everywhere that I knew of. I was taken aback by the collection at that point and I was so disappointed that night. I had another day in Mumbai and decided to stop by at Isa. Siya and Dolly were the most amazing people who treated us with so much love. They tried to calm my disappointment of past two days and spoke to me of what was my vision. And that was the day I got exactly what I needed. They did the work so beautifully. I think all the guests were is as much as awe with my outfit as I was. I don’t think I could have done any better than this. It was thatttt gooooood. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dolly aunty. She understood my requirements well and delivered a stunning outfit. The handwork on the lehenga was avery delicate and I got a lot of compliments from everyone. I had placed my order on phone and provided my measurements on whatsapp but the choli fitted me like a glove, there was absolutely no alterations required. Would definitely recommend her.

I got done my lehenga for engagement ceremony, while me being out if country, it was as beautiful as i thought! I had some fittings which i wanted to be tweaked but due to time constraints i couldn’t do it after my trial. but overall the dress was upto the mark, and appreciated by everyone! I bought a lehenga for my brother's engagement and for their work I would have given them higher rating as looking at the quality of work only I had decided to purchase my outfit from Dolly Aunty. But as far as professional ethics go it was a very bad experience. I had just a week's time and I placed the order on short notice. While selling the outfit big talks and marketing jargon was used such as we have to make our labour sit day and night, pay them premium to make outfit in such a short notice and thus will require premium charge. I got sold on their words since at that time I had limited time and options. However, I was shocked to know that, the lehenga sold to me was off the rack product altered to my size. On twice my earlier visit to their studio, I had tried the same piece which was a free size and on the day of collection, it was not there and I was told very balantly that it was some customers piece which I had tried earlier multiple times. But trying the same piece again I could easily make out that, lehenga and Duppatta was old. Even the cancan which I had requested to change for my lehenga was not done and was the same old one. Worst part is that, the blouse piece of my lehenga had some holes in it at multiple location which when pointed out were covered with embroidery. The lehenga was dirty and had multiple spots which I was told will be cleaned but were not. Dolly Aunty tried all her antics to convince me that she had stitched brand new piece and that they don't make money like that. I wished that was true. I would have not paid even half the amount she charged me for that piece if I had some more time with me. I understand that, it's difficult to make a new piece in short time but then this should have been told very clearly instead of selling the stuff on false pretence. Take away : Never select an off the rack piece. Go for either colour change or some change in work or embroidery so that you are not fooled to pay premium for something that's not worth if you're getting an outfit from some designer boutique for the first time.

Dolly literally made me my dream lahenga. She is a pure genius who just knew from the very beginning what I wanted just by talking to me for few minutes. This lahenga had the most intricate three dimensional flower work all over which was absolute perfection. The drape detailing on the blouse was so skillfully done and the lahenga was so light that I could dance all night. Dolly is an absolute rockstar and I am so thankful to her for bringing my vision to reality.
