I had one of my wedding week outfits made by Jade by Monica & Karishma. Initially the customer service was good, I felt comfortable with my choice of outfit and proceeded to hash out the tidbits I would’ve liked to change on the outfit. I am 5’3 and found the lengha length to be slightly shorter with my heels on. The team was very apprehensive to customise the length of my lengha and after many many lengthy discussions they agreed. After which I made a deposit payment. I came approximately one month later to do a final trial and the lengha length was perfect. However, I have a petite frame and a large bust size, and the top of the lengha fit horribly. The whole team at Jade was very difficult to make any adjustments to make me feel comfortable, and kept telling me that the designers do not allow certain nips and tucks in places to accentuate one’s body shape. All in all, I do not suggest that anyone who does not have a proportional body shape buy from them, you will be disappointed initially and the team is very resistant to customer feedback. Finally after several upsetting and uncomfortable discussions, I was able to have the top made to fit my body shape. But I would not go through the trouble ever again. Ishita was lovely, and tried to help as much as she could. The workmanship of the lengha piece of the outfit was phenomenal, but the finishing touches were not up to par especially for the amount of money you’ll have to pay. Use your money elsewhere ! I hope this helps someone else !

I bought my reception lehenga from the Jade store in DLF emporio, Delhi. I met Pooja there, who went out of her way to help me with deciding on the right lehenga for the event. She was extremely patient, and even when I was in a different country, she stayed in touch and gave me the space and time to make a choice. She also helped me pick a custom blouse for the lehenga and has been so reliable, warm and enthusiastic through the process. To be honest I had a really bad experience with rude behavior at the Bombay store and decided to definitely not purchase a single thing from Jade! Then I met Preet and Pooja at the DLF emporio store in Delhi and it changed my entire perspective! They were efficient, helpful and made my entire process so smooth right down to the minutest detail and extreme customization! They are very responsive and will go the extra mile to help out:) Towards the end of the process, during my final trials I met Krushika at the Bombay store who is an absolute sweetheart and she also went above and beyond to bring my outfit together, and her insights are so valuable — she will take your outfit notches higher with her taste and inputs! Jade’s outfits have a charismatic vibe to them with intricate yet subtle embroidery. I absolutely loved the lehenga my mother and I brought from them for my brother’s wedding. I had such a positive experience working with Nirbhika, she assured me she will be along with me every step of the way. Funny enough, my best fitted outfit for my wedding was this one; I made ZERO alterations. Nirbhika just knew how to instruct me to do my measurements over Zoom and she knew if a measurement was slightly off (she would have me retake it). Such an amazing skill. She also updated me about the whole process of my outfit in terms of production and shipping. Very random, but the smell of the box when I received my outfit was amazing, I still have the fragrant pouch that it came with.

Well we always knew that we will be getting married right in the heart of New York City since that’s where our story started and we evolved as humans with each other. I have always been extremely picky about my outfits in general which doesn’t always help me and I was so much under pressure to find the most perfect outfit for my D-day! When the 2nd COVID wave hit in india, my plans to fly and do bridal shopping got ruined. I must have called a dozen designers and did zoom call but nothing struck out to me until my meeting with Nirbhika from Jade. It was love at first sight. I was on a tight timeline and the reps of my original dress designer were lacking in communication and unable to adjust to a tighter timeframe. They did all the measurements accurately over video call to make sure the dress arrived perfect, really took all my stress away! We bought my wedding lehenga in June, but I wasn’t very satisfied with it when I went for my trial in September. <p>WedMeGood and Jade gave me the perfect chance to be one of the three lucky brides to get a complete makeover. Can anything be better than dressing up from head-to-toe in the prettiest lehengas posing away like some model for a day? The WMG and Jade team were so warm and friendly, within 5 mins, they made us feel at home. We strolled around the store and chose our favourite pieces. I did not come with a fixed colour choice and thus had a lot of options open to myself. After trying a couple of lehengas, I finally opted for this pastel beauty. Subtle, classy and rich &ndash; this lehenga was just made for me. The best thing I liked about it was the fact that despite the fact that it is super embellished, it wasn&rsquo;t heavy in weight. I walked with ease!</p>

The good thing about this shoot &ndash; you just put your finger on the outfit and you can wear it.&nbsp;</div>

<p>Being selected for the Red Carpet Bride was like a dream come true. I was jumping and dancing up and down my bed when I came to know that I was selected for the shoot. And the best part? I was so excited about wearing a Jade lehenga and getting all dolled up and at one point I thought, am I setting up my expectations too high?</p> <p>But when I arrived at the Jade store, I was welcomed beautifully &nbsp;and everyone was so friendly and fun that within a minute, I was relaxed and happy. &nbsp;We started browsing through the collection and I instantly loved the off-white gold lehenga. What&rsquo;s even better was the blouse. It was amazing and in a way, very modern yet it&rsquo;s a classic design and I felt that it spoke to me. It was instant love and when I tried it on &ndash; everyone was happy.</p>
