My wife Sneha took the charge of appointing a photographer for our destination wedding in Goa. She did a lot of research, spoke to friends and checked online. After a lot of discussion, we shortlisted an agency called Jumping Souls. We saw there Instagram profile and immediately fell in love with the kind of wedding pictures they had uploaded. We got in touch and met the team in Goa for a briefing with Rahul and his team. Needless to say they are very affordable too. Unfortunately Rahul had another assignment but he sent his team, a bunch of enthusiastic youngsters. We had a one day wedding and a team of these remarkable 4, Saikat being one of them landed well on time. And they got into immediate action. They knew their job well and managed to cover not only the events but also a lot of candid moments of the guests. They worked for almost like 12 hours non stop and I was very grateful to see the kind of commitment. But the best part was when Sneha (Rahul’s wife who is the co-owner) started sharing some of the finished images. Sure it took a bit of time to receive them but the way they had colour corrected and finished each and every image, we knew that we had made the right decision. I have often heard of people complaining about their wedding video and pictures. But these pictures and the video that they shared are memories of a lifetime. We initially planned our wedding in the US but canceled it due to Covid and due to some unforeseen circumstances we decided to get married in India which resulted in losing some deposits in the US. So we had a pretty tight budget for the wedding in India. My partner and I are from Andhra Pradesh so we started looking for wedding photographers in that state. Unfortunately, the ones we liked are way out of budget and the ones who are under our budget are old school like forcing you to pose after the moment has passed which we both dislike. We came across Jumping Souls located in Goa through a reviews website and loved their documentary, candid and rustic style. We went on a call with Rahul to share our vision, budget, and target deliverables (4k resolution, photo album, live streaming, etc.). The initial quote was above our budget so we thought we had to keep searching but Rahul and the team came up with very helpful and creative ways to accommodate our budget e.g.: Instead of flying to Andhra Pradesh, they drove 20 hours to save costs. Even with accommodation, they were very cautious about staying within our budget. I remember Rahul saying “Just a decent place where 2 people can sleep” when I asked what kind of hotel I should book. They reached midnight 2 days before the wedding day and started the documentary interviews the very next day. They were very patient and flexible to accommodate our requests, making us feel like we are working with family. Instead of just doing their job they were invested in the events and jumped in when needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and quality deliverables so highly recommend them.

Rahul and team are simply incredible! Our photos and videos came out incredibly well and were delivered in record time. Despite being based in Goa, they covered our traditional, Telugu wedding with great attention to detail for all the ceremonies. Looking at the photos and videos, we are not only reliving those special days but also the cute moments that have now been immortalized through their art. They were very involved at the initial stage to better understand what type of relationship we had and what style of photos we wanted. They constantly adapted to changing plans on the day of the ceremonies, their flexibility and professionalism is unmatched. I browsed through all the photographer portfolios from Goa and Jumping souls' work immediately stood out to me. I almost felt like I was living the moments in those photos of complete strangers. Rahul, Sneha and their entire team were so helpful from day 1 and their passion for photography and videography really shines through their work. As the photoshoot started, Rahul helped both of us ease into the camera and not once did either of us feel awkward while taking the pictures. Hi people! I would like to share my experience with Jumping Souls in Goa. My wife and I were keen on a post-wedding shoot in Goa last December. We looked up few companies through Google and via referrals. Most of them got back with unavailable dates as it was a wedding packed month. Jumping Souls, managed by Sneha and Rahul, was the only company that had an available slot for half a day matching our trip schedule. We decided to go with them and did not regret it the least bit. I saw a viral video of a wedding on reels and that's how I landed on the page of jumping souls. I posted an inquiry and Rahul called me. The moment I spoke to him, I knew I want him and his team to cover the wedding.
