Horrible customer experience. They cancelled on one of the products I ordered and haven't refunded me the money from the past month and refuse to return shipping. On top of it, they keep sending promotional messages to shop more. Extremely bad customer service.

Horrible brand and worst customer care support. I bought a saree online which got delivered on 5th February, 2024 from Kalki Fashion. I did not liked the saree and raised a return request on the same day of delivery. They asked to upload the picture and then approved the return. The pick was done the next day where the pick up agent carefully checked the saree and took it. I got a mail after 8 days of return that a wrong saree was sent to them. How can I return a saree when it was a pickup? How am I to be blamed. I have mailing every other day and calling, but all in vain. It's been a month, I am struggling to get a refund.

Worst place to buy anything. The outfit was so expensive and it came with dimensions no human could fit into. They refused to fix it and they refused to refund me. Absolutely the worst place in the world. Never never buy from here.

I ordered one wedding gown for my engagement and I received the gown 2 days before my engagement which was late. Also, the fitting of the gown was so lose that I didn't have time to get it altered. I managed somehow though. This is the case when they took each and every detail of my fitting. This was so pathetic. Secondly, I ordered a Saree with blouse and received a Saree which was used. It was not fresh. They shared the footage of the Saree packing but what I received was not the same, it was little different. Also, when I raised the concern they denied to take the blouse back and after some time they denied to take the Saree back as well. So I spent almost Rs.23000 on both the orders and both the orders are useless for me and they have denied to take the orders back even it was mentioned that that orders are returnable. These guys are just making money with sending wrong orders. Pathetic service and ridiculous customer service.

worst experience ever. Request everyone to not purchase from them. They destroyed whole of my roka dress and not once. First at the day of trial, which was just 1 week before my function, they gave me the outfit which was completely different than the colour i chose from the sample piece. And in this they didn't accept their mistake and were trying to convice me this colour is looking nice on you. You can have it just to save themselves. And then when i told i would want a refund. They convinced me to trust them and I thinking that they are designers so might have done a mistake by chance, let me be. Give them the chance as it is a colour problem. They told me they will replace it and will courier it directly to my place. They tried to convince me that they will send videos after the piece is ready and will make comparison with the sample piece and everthing will be fine. But, now th day of getting a video for the dress comes. In the video, theere was a hole in the middle of the dress and being a net fabric it could'nt be covered. When I pointed out they told me that it will be rectified and we will again send a video. That whole area of net fabric had a design in the center annd that hole was covered unevenly by the sequence work which was obviouslyy looking very odd and cheap. Bcozthat hole in the dress is still there and i could see in the video. I was told that as it your function you wear it give us the balance amount and we will rectify it after the fucntion as I could not get the refund. I was told that dress will reach by 31st and now I am told that it will reach by 1st. Such unprofessional behaviour, such selfish people, and such money minded people they are. Once they received the remainign amount, they stopped picking up my callss even to get update regarding my courier is being difficult as they have stopped responding. I have paid full amount, my dress hasn't reached me and it has a hole.

I recently purchased an outfit for my Sangeet function from Kalki fashion, which unfortunately was ruined due to negligence on your part. Upon receiving the outfit, I immediately noticed that the blouse's design was not as requested. Despite clearly specifying that I wanted a regular V-neck and not a Plunge, you failed to fulfill this request. When I brought the issue to your attention, there was no response from your side for 48 hours. While I did register a complaint with customer care, I have been repeatedly attended by different staff members who apologize and ask for 24 hours to resolve the issue. This cycle has been repeating for 10 days now, and I have yet to receive any satisfactory response or resolution. Furthermore, instead of taking responsibility and offering to fix the issue, your staff was unhelpful and rude, stating that they followed the measurements I provided. This response is unacceptable, particularly given the importance and expense of wedding outfits. The compensation offered of $10 is also far below the outfit's actual cost, and I find this offer ridiculous. I myself work as a production manager for a luxury brand in Dubai, I understand the importance of prioritizing customers and providing them with the highest quality of service. It is essential to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future, particularly for a bride's wedding outfit. I will strongly advise potential customers to think twice before shopping with Kalki, given the negative experience I have had with your brand. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure that such issues are not repeated in the future.

We had got a lot of customization done to the lehengas……material, Color etc. So we had no clue how the lehengas would turn out.. Although the team at Kalki had given us a detailed description of how the lehengas would look, but not having a finished piece prior, was difficult to visualize. The team at Kalki went over and beyond and kept communication with us at every step of the way. The fitting was awesome considering that measurements were done on a video call. Fellow brides beware ! Any bride who wants peace of mind about their final wedding outfits should stay far far away from this brand. I’ve never seen such an incompetent store in my life. I am getting married and we had bought a lehenga for my mother from Kalki and because it was a made to order piece they made it and couriered it to us as we are based out of Gujarat. The bottom lehenga fit was fine, however the blouse fitting was ATROCIOUS to say the least. We called them up and did a video call with them to try and show them what was wrong and explain to them what changes need to be made and at first they even refused to accept that they had made a mistake from their end. They said that they had made the blouse on the basis of the measurements that were taken. The fact that they even said this as a defence was hilarious because THEY had taken the measurements in the store, not us. THEIR in-house tailor had taken the measurements so the fact they even tried to put the blame on us was ridiculous. Further when my mother who herself is a designer tried to explain what was wrong and told them that because she was coming from a point of experience, the manager rudely said that ‘if we think we know better then we should just make our own local tailor alter it’ and that boat neck designs are meant to be the way it’s been made and we clearly don’t know what a boatneck is. So essentially what he was saying was that boat neck pattern is supposed to be soo tight on the neck that it basically chokes the person wearing it 😒 After arguing pointlessly for 10 mins we said that because the manager was refusing to hear us out we will go to our local tailor and that they could talk ‘professional’ to ‘professional’. Eventually we did a video call from there— our local tailor, the store manager and their tailor. Eventually their tailor finally accepted that it was a mistake from their end and that the designer had goofed up while making the garment and that we should send it back and they will fix it. Bare in mind that this was all happening in the last 2 weeks before the actual function where we had to wear it to so it was all very cut to cut. Fast forward one week. The blouse they gave after again ‘fixing it’ —- was EVEN WORSE ! Without getting into major details, the fact that they could not do a simple alteration and that they messed up the blouse again and made it worse was unbelievable. And how does a store so big as this not see the difference! How can they claim to call it correct and that it looks the same as the sample piece that was shown to us and from which we had placed the order ! The simple fact of the matter was that they needed to remake the blouse because they had messed up big time already but clearly the cheap asses that they are, they did everything but that and made the blouse essentially unwearable. At this point my mother gave up as it was too close to the function day and she did not trust these guys to even do a half decent job of making it correct. We are now running around trying to find an alternative blouse / outfit that can be worn instead to my sangeet. Had we had time, we would have fought it out. In no ways was the garment cheap. If we spend 35K on a outfit then we expect a good result out of it, regardless of which store it is bought from. This amount is not chump change. All Kalki is clearly good at is copying famous designers patterns and designs and then making an extremely shoddy version of it to sell to their customers. No matter how much they try to upsell themselves and claim to make ‘designer’ clothes, at the end of the day poor final clothes, extremely rude client servicing and terrible tailoring is what this brand is all about. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this brand as no amount of ‘accessible’ ‘cheaper’ designer wear is worth the torture they put us through. Any bride who wants peace of mind about their final wedding outfits should stay far far away from this brand.

Kalki fashion has great collection and very well maintained website. This was particularly useful as I was trying to do all my wedding shopping online from US. Unfortunately, they send me incorrect sizing for all 3 dresses I bought for my functions. One of them also had a stitching defect. I understand these things can happen. The reason I give them poor reviews is because their after-sale customer service is suboptimal, even disappointing. It has been 3 weeks now and there has been no resolution so far on my purchase from them. I have finally given up on them and have bought dresses from other designers for my functions.

Purchased a gown on sale from Kalki for my sangeet. While the gown was beautiful, I was surprised to see that its color ran onto me after the evening. For a premium store, this was disappointing. Terrible experience - DONT SHOP HERE! I went in store and they convinced me that they could make what I wanted in the colour and design I wanted. I agreed and came back home patiently awaiting my package. I ordered in February 14 I got a call in March saying it was no longer possible to make in the colour I choose. I bought lehanga from kalki fashion and I found a wide range of lehanga there at a very reasonable price....this was really amazing and I must say I no one can find this kind of range in this price anywhere . The behavior of staff was soo good :-)

I was promised a delivery date and the piece was ready after the event I wanted it by. They were late by days. all this after repeated follow up phone calls, which they record for training purposes. Their sales man (Worli store) Akhilesh wanted to charge me 10% extra for a minor alternation, which he "discounted". I later came to know there isn't any policy like that. This store is the most unprofessional store I have come across. They didn't even correct the fittings or steam iron the final piece. I also spoke to Shishir Gupta (store owner) about the entire ordeal, all he had to say was these things happen, you can return the piece and we will in due course give you a refund. He further added atleast we are talking about a refund, most stores don't even bother. oh, & I ended up spending a bomb on something else cause this outfit wasn't ready on time. Beware ladies! it's just better to be safe than sorry!!

I went to Kalki (Santacruz) as a last attempt at finding something decent to wear and I was completely taken aback. The service they give there, the collection they have was simply amazing. Stunning gowns in reasonable ranges and. Tidal wear was exquisite. They customised my order regarding the colour, the work, and even added can can where the gown isn't made for can can. These people are cheaters. I ordered one of my wedding outfits from here. I wanted the blouse to look a certain way and I paid extra and confirmed with them multiple times that they could do it. They assured me they could customize it. However, when I received the outfit, the blouse was the standard blouse and they refuse to send me a fixed blouse. These people are cheaters and just want your money. Avoid them if you can.

I got my reception and Sangeet outfit from Kalki. It was just the way i wanted it to be. Both the outfits were amazing and since i had very little time(less than a month) they helped me find the best pieces and altered accordingly on time. They have good collection and I would highly recommend all the brides-to-be to check it out :)
