I had engaged Kalpana Event Manager for reception of my son on 26th February 2022. The event was nicely completed. But even after lapse of almost 6 months, Mr. Subhankar Saha has not delivered the photo album and videos. He has become so uncourteous that he is not responding to my messages. My call is remaining unanswered. I am clueless. All our enthusiasm of watching videos have died. What to do?
