I cannot emphasize enough how utterly frustrating my experience with Karagiri has been. I ordered multiple sarees, and the return process has been an absolute nightmare. For one of the sarees, they made several failed pickup attempts—clearly intentional—over the span of a month, despite me constantly following up via email and phone. This is nothing short of incompetence. To make matters worse, I returned other items over two weeks ago, and there has been no sign of a refund yet. Their customer service is non-existent; I’ve been ignored and brushed off at every turn. If you’re considering buying from Karagiri, don’t! This company lacks professionalism, integrity, and basic customer care. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this horrendous online shop. I will never purchase from them again, and I suggest you don’t either. Avoid Karagiri at all costs!

Length of the saree is very short. Difficult to wear even with flat footwear (even for 5ft 2inch person). Cloth is also not good. Price seemed to be too much for the quality of cloth.

Karagiri is a scam. I placed my order with them in Dec 2023 for 3 sarees. After 2 months they sent me one bad quality saree and said that they will refund me the balance $204 for the other 2 sarees. I have sent them my bank account details but one more month has passed and they have made no refund. I have sent dozens of emails and they reply back saying "sorry for incovenience" and no refund happens. I have even called their India office but looks like this is a big scam. Their CEO Pallavi Mohadikar does not know how to run a business. Bunch of thieves!

They do not sell original sarees. I have purchased a Patola saree, which is heavy and you can see the thread work on the back side. The thread work is prone to wobbling. Original Patola sarees are light and you will not see any thread work on the back side. Please do not fall for the huge discounts and the pictures they show. You will not see the back side of the sarees which is all threads. Please do not take other reviews into consideration and spend your hard earned thousands on these fake sarees. Let the pictures do the talking. Their Return policy is bakwas.

I just got the Banarasi sari I ordered online from Karagiri and am livid! It was such poor silk and their return policy is a hoax! Very disappointing!! I bought 2 saris from karagiri last month. One was ok & the other one was releasing its dry color on my hands when I took it for stitching. Extremely poor quality. I asked the customer care to atleast give an exchange if not refund as it was beyond 2days return policy but they didn’t care. I urge you all hot to buy from them. Our experience has been disappointing. It is very clear that they jack up the price and give 75% discount. The price at which you get the saree is still on a higher side if one looks at the quality. The fabric is all blended,light and printed. There is nothing like original silk or woven paithani. It is all digital printed. For the price, it could be of fair value but definitely not for the jacked up price.

I get so many ads of Karagiri whenever I open any browser and there is always a sale going on at throw-away prices for the products shown. I always thought that there must be something wrong/fake with this site. After reading reviews here, I feel they show pics of pure silk sarees which are hand-woven but send the art silk and power loom sarees. Better to buy from the store after seeing the saree.

Sarees ordered on 26th October. Received three out of 4 ordered. Not the quality I was expecting. Don't know when the last one will ship. I had ordered two sarees from Karagiri 12 days back. Having read all the reviews on this site I was extremely worried since I had already made the payment. When I called the helpline I was promptly serviced by Azhar who assured me that they were a legitimate site and even prioritised the dispatch of my order. I received both sarees today, which was as per the delivery period confirmed at the time of the order. Both sarees are simply gorgeous and exactly as shown on site. Despite being blended silks they are extremely heavy and look like pure silk and I am sure their fall and drape will be beautiful. Thank you Karagiri!

I have ordered a Banarasi saree on 1st of this month and its been 5 days now.Still I have no idea where my order is. Pick up is yet pending. The wattsapp number they have provided is computerised and Iam getting only one response that my product is not yet physically been handed over to the delivery agent. I have very bad experience with Karigiri online shopping. I had ordered Paithani, it was not at all meeting Paithani requirement. 1) Poor Quality of material 2) Pallu was seperate ly joined (not a single piece) 4) Blowse pieces was seperately stiched 5) It was not at all looking as new purchase I had out return request within 2 hrs of receipt of delivery. Ordered Mustered yellow woven pithani saare and received orange color saare with different design. I think they are making copies of the print what they try to show in the pics. My experience is not very good with Karagiri.I ordered 2 sarees and 1 petticoat. After placing the order, 2 days after karagiri told me that they don’t have 1 saree in stock. After I chose another saree and it was COD and I received the sarees. Also I paid for petticoat already and never received it. I emailed 2-3 times but nobody responded. Just because Sarees were Cash in Delivery, I got them and petticoat was paytm at the time of placing the order, I did not receive it yet. Very disappointed with the management.

Negative I visited the Pune store all the way from Mumbai to be welcomed by poor client service and to zero attendance of the requirement. The attendant was not a manager of the store and was least interested in showing sarees I wanted to check. Out of 12 sarees that I saw on their website none was available. I was also advised to directly order the saree without having seen or felt the fabric. However, as I had read a lot of negative review about their delayed delivery and pathetic customer service I had chosen to visit the store myself. Would not recommend this vendor to anyone. It is much better to visit any other vendor who are actually interested in selling their products and who are not just marketing expert and wasting time.

Negative Review Dealing with karagiri has got me one of the worst experience in online shopping. Ordered a saree on 12th September,was supposed to receive the courier in 2weeks. But to my disappointment they were supposed to mail me the courier dispatch details. When after 2weeks I got no update from them. I messaged them on Facebook messenger as I'm out of India, I couldn't contact them on their customer care number. And to my surprise they replied me that my order was cancelled. I was so angry and upset with their this type of behaviour. Then later I told my sister to contact them and they said no your courier is not cancelled and started giving the excuses that we had technical issues. And my sister talked to them on call, I received a email saying your courier is cancelled because they tried calling the given number and no one was responding (which was again a lie).and told me to book the saree again but the price of same saree was increased by double rate. After almost 1month of follow up from our side (they didn't bother to reply us back) received a saree yesterday. The description of saree was banarsi silksaree and the saree I received is no were to banarsi silk. While ordering they said they will return the item in 2 days and now they are saying no we can't refund. SHAME SHAME SHAME KARAGIRI. Big name and cheap GESTURE. Worst customer service Won't recommend. You have to wait for your deliveries for months and a months but their is no response from the team. Waste of time and money.

The product is received after very long follow up. and one of my saree has not been received till yet and its been more than 40 days that i placed the order and paid for it.
