My experience with this Mhendi Artist was Really Awesome

I was mesmerised by all the mehendi pictures Kartik had sent me on WhatsApp & put on this app. I chose to go with him over our regular Mehendi artist. And this was my worst decision ever. All the days leading up to the event, he was always available on WhatsApp & call. I made sure while booking that I want Kartik himself to do the Mehendi for me. The day finally came, he stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages & calls. Upon trying via unknown numbers, he finally picked up & sent his team around 4 hours later. His team - they all are very junior artist and just know how to fill the hand in a short time..it’s nowhere close to the designs you show them. Not only was I not disappointed with the Mehendi designs but the Color payoff as well. I tried all hacks but the henna Color did not turn up how it usually does for me. Upon complaining, his main bridal artist Rinku not only behaved rudely but had the audacity to charge the full price for our Mehendi function. Girls- Please do yourself a favour and DON’T BOOK KARTIK MEHENDI ARTIST(Udaipur). Do not fall for the pretty pictures on their page & their sweet lies. To this day, I regret booking him every time I look at my wedding/Mehendi pictures.

Mehndi is the most awaited and fun filled event in any wedding, especially for the bride. But, booking Kartik mehndi artist was the worse nightmare. Kartik followed up with us very sweetly and politely for days and weeks together before we finalised and booked him, but as soon we paid him advance, his attitude totally changed and started behaving very rude. We were promised that Kartik (the Mehndi artist) himself will visit and apply the designs.On the actual mehndi night, no designs were given to me to choose,The guy started making designs on his own after taking some instructions from someone over the call. The mehndi design that the person made was extremely simple and below average. The guy did not know how to apply Mehndi at all- Not even a single pattern matched the one that is displayed in his WMG or Insta profile. At the end, while making the payment we got to know that this guy was not Kartik himself, but some one else who has visited on behalf of Kartik and made the blunder. The vendor never thought it was important to inform us even once if he is sending someone else who was claiming to be "Kartik Mehndi Artist" and burning our money on below average mehndi. Very rude and unprofessional vendor. The mehndi cone was probably stale as there was no colour at all even after keeping it all night as the stain was light orange even after 3-4 days.. Worse experience a bride could ever have.
