Kashmir Frames

Don't always go after what is shown on the Instagram pages. We booked Kashmir frames for a wedding in August. It is Jan 2022 and we still haven't received the actual video (flash drive). They stopped receiving our calls and wouldn't even reply to the text messages. We were excited after they shared the clip from the wedding on their page, the very next day as it was good, but later on when we were shown the rough video to give them a heads up for the actual video (which we never received), there was no such clip in that. Which means they just edited a scene particularly for advertising and duping people about how well they make their videos. But when it comes to the actual thing, it isn't even half as good. Poorly made, hurriedly put together. There weren't all the shots in it even. We ignored all this and told them to give us the final draft but alas! After they take the money and upload their piece of advertising clip, they are done. I have seen no bigger dupes or unprofessional people in the whole wedding industry in Kashmir. They charge you exorbitantly for slightly better vedios than what a regular photographer does here. The album is absolutely the same as the local photographer. On top of all this, they take your money and the next week when you were supposed to be getting the vedio you spent 60k on never comes.
