Ms.Leena as per our discussion you have sent the car to marriage hall for decorations. it seems car reached marriage hall but car driver never informed us stating that he reached.Meanwhile, we were doing marriage hall decorations.Client called and asked us why still no decorations done on the car yet. When we went out looking for the car to decorate as requested we saw four cars, they never provide car drivers contact info to us too. Client then spoke with driver and send driver to us to get the car decorations done. By the time driver came to us, it is already too late for marriage and they went without doing any decorations on car. Now client is blaming us saying that they sent car to us and we never decorate the car. As a wedding decorators we are bit disappointed as no proper communication that leads to this problem and car went without proper decoration. Also we have worked inside marriage hall decoration with lots of flower in the backdrop as well. So we do express our disappointment now we were blamed for this. We regret for the inconvenience that caused. However, we will ensure upon agreeing for decorations in the future, all details are provided to us and we ensure we deliver good service to our clients.
