I dont know where to begin this story of my experience with Lans and in my life I have never met such an unethical way of business held where they pry on to their own customers. In fact I am surprised to see a designer getting angry when a customer tries to give them the feedback. So,here is my story, I placed an order for an anarkali salwar of plain wine colour. We placed this order reasoning my Diwali purchase which is worth of 8500 rupees. An advance of 4250 was already paid in before hand. The material was sought by them and they failed to get a confirmation with us regarding the colour and to my dismay the output of the fabric did failed to match my expectations starting from the colour and also with the stitching style. So, as like any customer would do we raised this concern from our end in a more professional front. So, I did came up with a deal that would create a win-win situation for both them and me and all that I requested is to resale this salwar in their own boutique because I cannot take a product with dissatisfaction. Since they have an in-house boutique may be I thought reselling would be a better option and I also asked that I would take someother material for the advance amount which was already paid. I dont think so any customer would be this polite and still giving this valuable proposition because I valued the work involved from the employee's side who had been wotking to stitch this dress despite not meeting my expectations. So, all that I expected from the owner was a fair approval or a resentment with a proper rationale and also telling that in a polite manner. As designers like them who had obtained a 4.5 rating in the Google, all that I expected was an earnest response with respect from them when someone is giving you the same. Can you imagine what happened all that we got was a disrespectful behaviour from the owner who is performing an extraordinary blame game. More than anything, she played a filthy trick of personal accusation stating me as adamant. I went with my friend to sort this issue and its really unbelievable that a lady of such an age running a business with such a reputation trying to persuade my friend against me by talking about my lifestyle. I would like to end my story with another shocking fact that they go to any extent of getting their money back even to the theft of your own items. To be more precise, for example if you have provided with a salwar or top just in case of providing it for the measurements which most of us do, they take it by their side threatening us to repay the money for a dissatisfied product. So, to the readers some of them would get confused with this mixed reviews when many of them had given good reviews. I get that totally and whomever had given good reviews may be they are lucky enough to get their things perfectly done so there was not any necessity for facing such issues. But as you know truth hasbl both ends just as a flip of coin even the most beautiful rose has thorns in it for protection. For me people like Lans Bridal are so sweey scented honey filled roses and when you try to pluck them in a way when you try questioning or scrutinise or cross examine them, may be you will find the wild beast who are literally inhumane in nature. Seriously Lans Bridal my final question to you is "if your desire is money, then give the product of quality enriched, your heart melting instore marketimg are highly appreciated and you know what I bow my heads to the negative marketing that you play into other' s personal affairs. You talked so much about customer experience and customer satisfaction which I bet on even you would put down even an IIM Professor,however my humble requestion is that practice what you preach. Finally if you are so desperate for money ask so, instead of possessing other's goods without their knowledge and seriously for this act of yours for keeping my salwar that I gave for measurement, I would like to tell please grow up soon as your filthy tricks are truly outdated in the market and try something better to put off your customers. Or by any chance did you find my salwar that I gave for measurement was of a higher standard than that of your in-house production. SERIOUSLY guys grow up for godsake.
