Very unprofessional and undependable. I ordered a cake for my mom's birthday, she couldn't deliver until afternoon so i agreed to get from 2-3, but the attempt to deliver was made at 4pm when everyone was back at work. Then her driver took the cake back because he was trying to deliver at the wrong address where per her words "no one lives" then she sent the cake at night at 9:30 pm when the birthday was coming to an end, to the same address and all of a sudden people live there now?! And after all of this she asked me to pay for delivery again and was utterly rude to me and my mom. This was my order to taste her cake and see her service before i thought of ordering from her for my wedding later this year but thank god for this order, cannot imagine going through this anxiety on my wedding day for a cake!! Never ordering from her again and never recommending her service. People ordering from her, make sure you do the work to ensure you get your stuff in time for your plans, she is very inexperienced and unprofessional.
