Hey,I had got service of wax several times but the experience with Vaishnavi trivedi was absolutely perfect. She is soft an cooperative really and treats her clients comfort as her's. Highly recommendable Ms. Vaishnavi Trivedi. Do check it out guys. I am sure you will have the best experience with her. Although it's a bit expensive at Lakme but worth the money to take service from her in waxing. Try it out lAdies.

I had the worst experience ever. I am a accessories designer myself and i know about makeup. My brother went for groom makeup and they made him look like a wax statute. They charge so high and deliver so poor results. The staff are non-cooperative and treat you rudely. Very disappointed and worst experience ever.

Lakme staffs are very unprofessional and not qualified enough to do good make up specially for big events such as wedding. DO NOT EXPECT ANY SUPPORT ALSO FROM THEM & EXPECT RUDE BEHAVIOUR. We took both Bridal and Groom package for both sangeet and Shaddi, which were on the same day. The make up done to groom was pathetic. They made my face look like a plastic- Yellow toned & too shiny. Moreover, the shaddi make up was planned in the evening at around 6pm initially, which was an issue due to lockdown, and the Lakme team did not even corporate with us to assist us prepare for the wedding. Rather they gave us ultimatom that if you do not reach before 4:30, we will not be able to complete makeup, which was very very rude we told them about wedding customs of Bihar as it takes its own time and we can not skip that). Leaving someone in middle of ocean is the worst things someone can do on that day. Please do not expect any corporation from them and neither expect them to treat you like a customer. Skill wise, the makeup skill that they have is not at all up to the mark. I would recommend not to use this service specially on such special day.

This salon did such lovely, tasteful make-up for my wedding and reception, it's been a month now and people are still telling me how pretty it all was! I had some very set, conventional ideas about my look, and the team managed to convince me to try a few new things without changing the palette I had in mind, and I am so glad I listened ! Oh and super punctual. Everything was simply perfect, without looking caked , or fading with time. Cannot stop gushing!
