Cheaters and scammers they never pays to creators after shoot and they staff was very rude

They’ve recently changed their name from “laxmi vilas” to “zohra studio” . Well i went to their store randomly and honestly at tht time the staff acted fine and extremely sweet . I’ve booked a gold yellow colored lehenga with Shokeel (staff member) and they’ve changed the color by themselves and made it dark brown . What i booked was of good quality and clean work . And what they’ve given me is a poor quality and dull . Secondly i asked them to make scalping dupatta , and they delivered me the plain line . And they most horrible thing they’ve done is they delivered me the wrong blouse pattern even after I’ve especially sent them the blouse pattern in advance from professional tailor in Gk . The worst part is they are pro in lying and fooling their customers and they never accept their mistakes instead the whole staff tries to overcome your complains . I request nobody to trust them . I didn’t knew about the history of store but now i feel its true whatever has been rated and already written in comments. I personally as a customer will not recommend them . They spoiled my mood , money , energy, trust everything. I’am posting the pic of 2 lehengas of what I’ve booked and what I’ve received (tht i tried in store)
