This is regarding the recent review I had put for this vendor and the back and forth requests for the update regarding the same. Let me clarify couple of things here. I have been extremely patient over this whole episode . Yes, I and my husband, we both liked the pictures when we saw it initially online and informed the same to the vendor. And when I tried downloading the pictures, it failed and so I mentioned that as well to the vendor. The pictures were shared via WeTransfer and not on Google drive. After my initial complaint , the 2nd time the vendor shared them, the download failed again and I had informed the same. So yes, I have tried multiple times to download despite the vendor’s claims of me putting zero efforts to do so. I have reached out multiple times over the past 1.5 years through messages on WhatsApp which the vendor chose to ignore either knowingly or unknowingly. I certainly give credit where it is due , I never discredited your picture quality . But you have the audacity to blame your customer / client who has given 75% advance payment and has been patient enough and even respected your hectic work schedule to wait for the pictures and say I have put zero efforts to even download pictures really speaks volumes. Now finally you have shared the pictures over a Google drive after all this review fiasco when I asked you to , I hope you truly understand what work ethics and catering to customers/ client means. It was an unfortunate episode and I would not like to be contacted over it anymore. Thanks for sharing the soft copy over the Google drive finally and I don’t want to work with you anymore regarding the physical album . Good luck to your team.

We got a chance to work with Onkar and his team for our wedding in Nov 2022. We hired them for three days for our Sangeet, Haldi and Wedding/Reception functions. I was very impressed by how professional and accommodating this group was. The entire process from hiring to picture/video delivery was very smooth. I have broken my review based on a few aspects, 1) Communication - Onkar is very easy to reach out to and has great ideas. He responds quickly to any questions and is receptive of any feedback. 2) Day of event - This was one of the easiest teams to work with on the day of our wedding and other functions. They weren't very pushy and always had a smile on their faces, even when our event was extended by an hour. They even stayed late to capture some family and bride and groom pictures and videos. 3) Pictures/Videos - As expected, the pictures and videos were great ! Not just us, but all our family members were super happy with the pictures and the videos.

However, Onkar and his team made sure that we had one less thing to worry about and that was the wedding photography. It was a very intimate function with limited space and guests, but Onkar's team worked their way around with whatever was available really well. He also took all necessary precautions of gloves and mask while shooting. I couldn't stop getting complements for the wedding photos.

Not only did he focus on us as the couple, he took ample pictures of the guests as well. Also, he came very prepared. He told us the exact poses he wanted us to pose in, and each and every one of our couple portraits has turned out beautiful. Despite having stood for three hours during the entire reception ceremony, he still had ample energy to take our portraits after the ceremony as well.
