So many factors surprised us. The overall atmosphere, ambience and staff was great. The performers were fabulous and everybody loved the ceremonies. Good job guys!

The team did a terrible job. On the wedding day, the masking fell down right in front of the guests, the mandap collapsed, the milni ka malas were not arranged for, the groom's car was not decorated, the jaimalas flowers were dry, the mandap decor was all white (the plan was to have some pink flowers as well) and the seating provided was less than half of what was decided. There was nobody from the team to help, their phones were switched off. They refused to get in touch with us or meet even though they were working on another event at the same venue. We had to arrange for another decor for the next day reception. The team also misbehaved with The Ashok Hotel's staff, the hotel finally had to blacklist Makebestday company. Horrible experience.

Absolutely fantastic for our wedding function, We had an Indian and a Western wedding in Goa and they brought both thw weddings to life. They are also great to minimise no of vendors as they are able to do so many things so well. They are exceptional in coordinating directly with the venues and guests.

My wedding was a 2 states love affair, we had different ceremonies different cultures altogether and i was worried if our wedding did not happen as planned or if any of relatives got pissed.
