Jyoti is an extremely rude, selfish, unprofessional and self minded girl. She took 50% advance of 18000/- and then didn't show up on the wedding day. A week before the event she starting asking me for the epass which she was supposed to get from her district. She didn't make any effort to get an epass and put all on me. I had to arrange an alternative at the last moment. She didn't refund my money back and instead of being sorry started showing me get kiddish attitude. She said I don't care about your money or event and this is the way i work. Pathetic. Going for a legal action against her. Edited: Missed adding two more qualities of your service. Adding them now after reading your response below. Shameless and liar. If we booked your service at our venue it's not obvious at all that will have to take care of 100 unknown factors that may pop up later. Instead it's obvious that you will do whatever it takes to reach us and provide the service because you are charging a hefty price. Enough talking about the rules. Did you mention anything about the epass at the time of booking? No. Our photographers travelled from Jaipur by their own. But you made zero efforts. Liar, because you were not the first person to ask Pinky about the epass. Instead she pinged you to see if you had arranged one for yourself. Are we running the government here? If not, why do you expect us to arrange an epass for you. You are again and again saying that you were risking your life by travelling to sikar. Come on, you wanted to make money that's why you got booked. You were not coming here for any charity. In every second sentence you say "MY RULES.. This is how I function". Do you even realize how cheap it sounds. What rules are you talking about. You introduce your own terms at any time. At the time of booking, did you mention anything about epass? No. We never backed out. So stop putting it on us. You cut my call, blocked my number, didn't respond to my message. Just so you know, I'm a busy person and don't have time to play any games/chitchat with people like you. And no you haven't learned any lesson yet. You are yet to learn it.

Jyoti did a satisfactory job of getting me ready for the event (hair stylist could definitely be better), but some empathy and consideration from her side would have been nice as someone providing service to customers. She gave me a difficult time, badgering me into arranging her pick up even though I kept her updated of the proceedings the entire time. Her never-ending instructions and flare-ups even before reaching the venue ensured that I don't enjoy my own function and only worked my schedule around her, on MY day. Not a pleasant experience overall.

I would say that she has too much of attitude. And her literally like forcing you for extensions and accessories makes u feel like she is just wants money. And most importantly the worst part is she keeps on call for full money in advance and literally I mean so many times even though half of the payment was already made she kept on insisting for full advance.
