I booked for celebraty makeup package but when I went to the studio for make up no one asked me. And they did airbrush make up and charged 30k . My appointment was at 4pm . However there were other brides present so I was told to wait. I waited from 4pm - 7:30 . The team was sending random people inside who's appointment was at later time. When asked with the team I was told that the wedding guest should be ready first ,hence sending them first for the make up. I missed my solo photoshoot that day. I do not have any pictures of me getting ready or single pictures. Since I was late bcz of the management at hair master. I had to rush things and could not enjoy the function properly. The management needs to make sure that the bride should get ready first.
