Makeup by Alisha Peres

Alisha was the makeup artist for my wedding reception. She made sure to spend some good amount of time on prepping my skin before really starting the process. Also she made sure to understand my needs of not looking too heavy and went for a soft look with a bright lip which truly complimented my dress. Her tie up with the hair stylist Ambika was really amazing where they worked together seamlessly and I m truly happy of their work on my big day.

Alisha Peres is not a magician, but she is a Hard-working, intelligent and passionate make-up artist and I had the fortune of getting make-up done by her on the day of my wedding and pre-wedding function. Her personalized, non-textbook way of working shines through every post she puts on Instagram as well as the Mae-up looks she pulled on me. Safe to say I LOVED IT ALL! Months before my wedding she would text me and tell me how to prep my skin and what kind of looks we can go for, for my wedding day. For someone who doesn’t know anything about makeup I was very apprehensive of my bridal look. I knew Alisha from school and saw her Insta makeup page and instantly booked her. I am so glad that I did, there are not enough words for me to express how happy I was with my bridal look. Alisha is very patient, has a good knowledge of what would suit your skin tone. She strikes the right balance in understanding what the bride wants and how she would look on stage. Can’t recommend her enough - if you haven’t booked her yet for your special day, get booking ladies.

I had an excellent experience working with Alisha during my wedding. She took her time and ensured that the makeup was done to the finest detail. She not only did a flawless job with my makeup, but she also guided the hairstylist to work on a suitable hairstyle for my face. I see most of the artist only talk to their clients during the initial booking and usually there is no contact until the occasion. However, in case of Alisha, she constantly kept in touch with me and recommended certain do’s and dont’s for my skin, so that my skin was ready for the wedding. The best thing about working with her was that, she made me look the best version of myself for my wedding, instead of making me look like somebody else altogether.
