My experience with my makeup artist was not so great. I feel she underdelivered..and was more focussed on content creation than makeup

Despite some unexpected challenges on my wedding day, my MUA Harman Jatana delivered a good makeup experience. Harman displayed professionalism in handling the hiccups, ensuring that the makeup session remained as smooth as possible. The makeup itself was beautifully done, lasting throughout the event and garnering compliments. While the day had its stressful moments, Harman’s expertise and calm demeanour were reassuring. Her makeup was very good and that is the very reason I booked her. As far as her attitude is concerned, she wasn’t very polite at times & not very approachable I would say. The time decided was 7 am for my wedding makeup to start and she arrived 8:30 that too when she had to come near Aerocity from Mohali. She was not picking up my calls or responding to my texts. Above that when she came, she didn’t even say sorry for coming late by 1.5 hours or a slight bit of guilt. As far as her makeup skills are concerned she is excellent but I didn’t like her attitude at all.

She did very beautiful makeup, it looked so natural. I would recommend it to every bride who is looking for a make up artist.

She was extremely rude when I tried to contact her after my booking to discuss my looks and never picked up the phone or replied to my messages. When I tried calling her again 2 days before the event, she communicated very rudely. She was too late on the event and did a rushed job. Dont be deceived by her instagram. Not recommended.

Harman Jatana ripped us off. Firstly she never arrived on time, due to this my event was delayed. She then asked me to do reception make up but last minute asked me to attend another location. When we arrived she had another bride there and I was asked to sit and wait when I had already paid her in advance. Due to the lateness I had only hair done which was more like fixing slightly, when she received money for the make up. We were meant to receive refund of the atrocious service we received but now she is refusing to pay the money. Our mistake we paid cash in advance and now we have to deal with this lady who does not value her customers. I highly recommend that you do not make same mistake as me.

She ruined our event. Reached very late to our place and was very uncooperative and rude on the phone. I would not recommend her to anyone.

We booked her my sister’s Cocktail.She ditched the last moment. She is highly unprofessional. We contacted her a few times before the event, She said she will contact 2 days prior.She ditched the last moment. On the bride’s big day she ditched. I was hoping she would be best in the business. But she ditched us for another client.

She ruined our whole event, my sisters booked her for ladies sangeet makeup and we booked one bridal and 4 party makeups and we were supposed to reach at the event by 7 but guess what? harman jatana came at 6:30 at our residence for the makeup, she was constantly hanging up on us , she didnt tell the truth about her location , and she had us all in a loop of chaos. We reached at our event at 10:30pm and most of the guests were gone by that time. She was overbooked and did not manage time and did not manage anything at all. My sister was the 6-7th bride of the day.

Ruined my wedding day. Such horrible behaviour and etiquettes. Fought with whole family and left me mid makeup. Had paid her advance and was very rude towards everyone.

Nightmare to get hold of her after paying the deposit. Did not share location until 2 hours before ready time on the day of the function, did not answer questions in advance, did not respond to any messages. She had another event that day and was name dropping local personalities who would be at the event, as if I should prioritise her appearance at the event over my own function. I realized she’s not worth more stress and cancelled her after her rude attitude and unresponsive behaviour. She refused to accept that and still sent her hair person to my residence way after my supposed ready time only so that she could save face. She did not even offer to refund the advance, instead started fighting with me, sending me texts when I told her it’s my wedding I’ll text you after. She was thoroughly unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone! No makeup is worth such a horrible customer service experience on your event! Save yourself better MUAs are easily available!
