I have been their client for more than 3 years now. Any important event/function happening in my family is captured by Roshni and her team. They are the best in the business, no doubt. The creativity level of Roshni is unmatchable. To be precise with my experience. - Amazing talent and skills to capture anything and everything. My wedding pictures are so beautiful that even till now I get compliments about it. - Even the videos taken are very professional and creative. - All the deliverables, like edited videos, albums are of top notch quality. You will feel every penny is well spent. - After delivery service is also really good. They attend all your problems and changes regarding the videos and photos. - Their nature is so good that you won't feel any awkwardness during shoots.

Hired them for engagement photography. While the quality of photos/videos taken were at par with good photographers(which initially gave me a good impression about them) but they gave me a hard time with my deliverables. Despite complete payment on the next day of the event itself, the team failed to be responsive on calls/msgs. I had to literally followup everyday for a short video upload request that was edited after so much chasing behind them which stretched for a month or so. Quite a frustrating and sad experience. The team is unprofessional in terms of attending their clients and will not answer calls/messages at almost all times. I personally won't recommend them to anyone in my circle who values politeness and professionalism.

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessional and unsatisfactory service provided by [Photographer's and their team. I hired them for my wedding photography and videography, hoping to capture the most cherished moments of my life. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, the quality of the photos they delivered was far below my expectations. Blurry shots, awkward angles, and poor lighting made it seem like they had little to no understanding of their craft. But that's not all; despite numerous attempts to communicate and request improvements, the quality of their work remained consistently subpar. What's even more infuriating is the delay in receiving the promised wedding videos. It has been a staggering 14 months since my marriage, and despite repeated attempts to follow up, I have yet to receive the videos I paid for. This lack of professionalism and disregard for their commitments is unacceptable. Throughout this ordeal, I have felt like I was chasing after them more than they were working for me. The unresponsiveness and lack of communication have added unnecessary stress during what should have been a joyous time. It's clear that their team lacks the necessary skills and professionalism to provide the level of service they promised. I strongly advise anyone considering Roshni to think twice before entrusting them with capturing their special moments. The disappointment and frustration I have endured are not worth the risk. There are countless talented and reliable professionals out there who can truly capture the essence of your moments. Unfortunately, Roshni and their team are not among them. In conclusion, my experience with Roshni and team has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their unprofessionalism, lack of skill, and inability to fulfill their commitments have left me with regret and disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your photography and videography needs.

All the videos of barat was shooted without flash in night, u can understand the quality of video, even worse than mobile video. Motherfuckers, they just sent 10th class students for the video shoot. If anyone especially outside of Patna they will just rob you.. there whole family is just a scam. If u want to save your money and more importantly your wedding memories just don't hire them. They are just a scam. You will never find any review of them on Google bcoz they will delete it. Ye post b delete ho jayega. Dono bunty aur Babli h Patna ke. MOH is a fraud photography company. They give you fancy promises early on but they never fulfill their promises. The quality of video was very awful, we had to sit with the editor for straight 10 days and get it done. If we are paying 2L and still have to spend this much time myself, doesn't make sense. They even give you offer of free pre wedding shoot and will ask you to go to fancy places like gangtok, rishikesh, etc and will enjoy on your money(they eat like beggars for sure!). They are fraudsters, please don't consider them, dont want you to suffer what i had to. It is the most important memory of life but they make sure it doesn't remain happy for you.

I am also a victim of MOH’s studio fraud. It’s been two years but yet to get my albums. Also, received substandard quality of videos despite paying them huge amount. Roshni and Abhideo are a big-time fraud, thief and dacoit who is playing with people emotions. No matter whatever adjectives I use for them, it falls sort. I never saw such person in my life who does nothing except lie and fool their clients. They are shameless people and sold all their integrity. They never call back or receives phone. They always come with new stories, excuses, reasons not to deliver the product and made me waiting for a simple update or reply. They ruined my wedding, its memories, and everything. Instead of properly communicating and updating on timelines, they have the audacity to say “you can do whatever you want to do”. In February, I filed a case in the consumer forum then Roshni begged me to pull back the case and committed to delivering everything on time. Again, they fooled me and I am still waiting for the deliverables. Now, I am running out of patience, so I have decided to file a lawsuit against them for fraud, cheating, etc. To bring them on the ground so that they get what they deserve so that other people don’t have to go through this ordeal. I am also reaching out to the income tax department and filing a complaint against them for not providing tax receipts and stating whatever they earn is black money. I have their bank account details. All good rating mentioned below is paid review. Please ban this photographer from the platform.

I've been following the MOH team's work for quite some time and I booked them for my wedding. There couldn't have been anyone better for the job! If you're planning a special occasion, I highly recommend going with them and specifically asking for roshni & abhideo. Not only did they make us, the bride and groom, feel comfortable but they put a smile on every guest's face. They made is so incredibly easy for us to enjoy our special day and shot everything unobtrusively. Moreover, their creativity and collaboration is what makes them a wonderful team to work with. I wouldn't think twice about rebooking them for any event!

Here’s our brutally honest review for MOH Studio Patna, had hired them for capturing our Pre-Wed and Marriage memories. As far as Pre-Wed is concerned everything right from the quality to the delivery part was very smooth. But when we come to the marriage part, the struggle is real. PROS:- 1> The quality of work is good but given the hype and reviews which show up for them online and the kind of work they showcased for our Pre-Wedding deliverables, we were expecting something really different and spectacular. Nevertheless, it lacks “The WOW FACTOR” but the overall work is good and commendable. 2> They will attend to all your suggestions and changes proposed in a deliverable be it Cinematic, Teaser, traditional videos and do the modifications as needed. CONS:- 1> When it comes to Committed Delivery date v/s the Actual Date, they are highly unprofessional. The day you pay them completely be rest assured you are not in their Priority List anymore and your calls will hardly be attended. You will never get your work on the committed delivery date, I repeat Never. When you follow up you will be told it will be delivered by the coming weekend without fail, and when the weekend arrives you will be promised for next weekend and this goes on in a loop till the time one's patience gives up. And yes, be prepared to come across a lot of lame excuses like, “We are traveling, we are in No Wi-Fi Zone, unable to upload the video in Google drive as there is no electricity since long, Wi-Fi connection disrupted, uploaded the video to drive but cannot see it reflecting there and the list is long!!. There was lot of hassle in getting our deliverables from them, endless follow-ups and much frustration. PS- We got our Marriage albums almost after an Year! 2> They lack coordination among themselves. When you work as a team and take a client’s task in hand you should be aware of the recent developments. When we called Abhideo asking for a particular deliverable after it exceeded the promised delivery date he would bluntly say am not working on this, go speak to Roshni and vice-versa. It seemed like we had hired two different vendors for our deliverables. Really a waste of time and energy in getting the updates by calling them one after the other 3> Thanks to their lethargic attitude and lack of proactiveness, our couple shoot did not happen after Jaimaal, so a word of caution to everyone hiring them Inke bharose mat rahiye kya pata ye aapke bharose ho!!

We hired MOH - MEMORIES OF HAPPINESS STUDIO in the month of November 2021. We met them at their office in boring road Patna. They have The loveliest office space I had ever seen . The team was already shooting in one side of the studio setup and the editing part was going on in the lab area. we met Roshni & Abhideo in their cabin . Right from the first day of the conversation till the last day of the delivery we were super impressed with their fast reply and on point work. It is one of the best photography company with reasonable rate. Team is highly trained and well mannered... quality of photos and album is beyond our expectations. The album received is of super fine quality. They are amazing . Roshni & Abhideo is doing great work . This lovely couple has made our couple memories the best. They stood by their name. Worst photographer. It's been 2 years but they have still not delivered all the stuff. The owner Roshni is rude and unprofessional. She ruined the traditional video, skipped the sangeet dances (even the bride and groom one), the one added is not in sync, she has changed the songs. When I complained, she confidently said that she had done it nicely and there was no fault in the video. When I asked about the dance clips which she has missed, she counts that as extra effort. The photo she took had just people's backs in most of the cases. Even I do not have a single good picture with my family. There are a lot of rituals they missed to shoot. We have received a lot of complaints from the guest just after the wedding about her behavior and the way she ignored them by not clicking the pictures even when asked. She never replies or receives the call, You have to chase her multiple times just to hear another lame excuse. She always had her phone switched off, whenever we were in Patna at the time promised for delivery and were about to miss the flight. Hiring her was the biggest mistake we did. All she cared was about money which she took on the first day. They should change the name from MOH-Memories of Happiness to "Memories of frustration". If anyone does not want to change your wedding memories to frustrating memories then please do not book them.

I so wish wed me good had some extreme worst options to give my ratings to these people.To all the people who are planning their wedding photography with these MOH people,Trust me i warn you to personally consult me as i can share my worst experience that i have ever had in my life and I am still struggling with it. I had booked these MOH last year in the month of June ,2020 itself for my wedding on 30th Nov, 2020. I had disscussed indetail what my requirements where and trusted this girl Roshni ( who is so called the owner of MOH n works with her guy Abhideo).She has completely screwed up my wedding like anything.Without my information she hired 2 photographers from Kolkata.My functions where suppoes to start from 26th of November.And till 24th i was comtinuosly confirming abt the venue details made sure that she was prepared and would manage to do everything properly on time& suddenly on 25th when i called up Roshni she tells me that u will have to speak to the cinematographers and tell them wht u want.And on my day of tilak they expect me to sit n narrate what i want.Anyways there has been n number unprofesaional behaviour that was very clearly seen throughout my wedding functions which is really difficult to explain here. Coming to the main thingThe wedding day,this women was continously sleeping n i had to literally go mad calling this women for my lehnga shoot. And the 2 guys that had come from kolkata where really good with their work and where really putting lots n lots of efforts which was seen clearly. I had no idea to what was happening on the wedding evening but suddenly all i could see was Only Roshni being there n nobody else. Where i had clearly booked 2 photographer & 2videographer (1for cinematic shots n 1 for Traditional).In middle of my entry i asked her that where are the other guys, she replied saying i will tell u later. Entire night there was no one constant who was continuosly there covering my wedding. Post wedding when i asked Roshni abt this her reply was "Yeh thodi bola tha ki 4 log continuously hi rahenge" n i was literally taken aback hearing this . Later on after my wedding Roshni made sure that we make entire payment before even she gives our Raw data. Also letting u guys knw that she had clearly mailed me saying that my data would be provided max withing 3-4 months. But while we made the payment post our wedding she commited of giving our entire data by 25th of december, later she said no it would be by 25 th of January later then it became 1st week of febraury.And like this they extended uptill 30th march , and then i was really furious by then.I spoke to the 2 guys from kolkata n they told me something very shocking n that was that on the wedding night Roshni had a fight with them n she abused them n asked them to leave the venue. And this came as a big shock to me.After confronting Roshni n Abhideo they made up some very nonsense story . And then i come to know that they have my Wedding Hotel decor footages, my getting ready footages. And they have left and then Roshni n Abhideo after again confronting they simply said that they dont have the footage n will not add them to the film "Jo karna hain kar lo".And this was getting worse n worse day by day.Finally after alot of struggle they managed to again give a deadline, but this time we made sure that they get the work done. But again what happened was that they just clubbed all the raw footages which didn't even include my sangeet n tilak function n sent us. And seeing this our mind was again screwed badly, but i controlled all my anger n spoke to them in a requesting manner to plz take some time may be but get the work done properly as its a memory for lifetime.She said she will arrange a call with the editor n then can make the corrections.And here i am still struggling since months to ask Roshni to plz arrange a call and get my video done in the way it is suppose to. And it's clearly been 11 months now that i am still struggling for my Photoalbum n Video. And trust me u people will urself leave hope coz the way she talks n behaves is something that will simply pschy ur own mind. Everytime u call she will just not answer it n at the very next moment her phone goes on flight mode.And if ur luck is good n she happens to answer ur call then will simply have such lame reasons every damn time to call her. Above everything the worst part is that they dont even feel sorry abt what they have done.The biggest mistake was booking them for my Big Day!They screwed it,screwed it so bad that i have nothing left other than regretting for hiering them for my Big Day!! I just trusted her work seeing her insta profile n thought that she would do good. But have never seen someone direspecting thier clients , not respecting their patience and being so arrogant with thier words,where in they even disrespect ur parents if they try talking to them I never wanted to do this on any social platforms, But Roshni you n Abhideo have literally forced me to do this. I have no personal revenge against u both , but plz understand that Marriages are a very special part and if someone is trusting u,u should work hard to not only give ur best but to also not dissapoint or disrespect ur clients with the unprofessional behaviour.

2018, MOH - Memories of Happiness was new to Patna,put their all efforts, creativity and energy in initial bookings . My Elder brother wedding,2018-- they captured it very beautifully and gave us such a nice wedding memories in term of good cinematographic video and amai pics. Down to 2020, now since they are reputed and well-known wedding photographer in Patna,their idea of clicks,shoot remain the same what was in 2018...same cliche wedding clicks and shoot.If u give any suggestions ,they esp. the lady in charge throws such a tantrum as if none have any idray of photography. Talking about deliverables ....God's know when we will get our Album as it's already 10month and funny part what they have done with traditional video is like they have put wrong wedding dates--- HOLY CRAP
