I hired Memory Craft Studio for my kid's 1st birthday photos and videos after being impressed by their work on Instagram. Initially, Avinash and his team were sweet and decent while taking the order. They quoted a fixed cost of XXXXXX INR for the function, and despite our attempt to negotiate, they insisted on no discounts. We agreed to their terms and paid 80% of the amount in advance, eagerly anticipating good quality photos and videos. However, after the function, Avinash and team released only one video and changed the agreed-upon terms. They claimed that we would receive only raw pictures for the rest of the content. This unexpected turn left us disappointed, and when we expressed our desire for the videos as initially promised, Avinash demanded an additional 50-60K INR. Feeling cornered and wanting to preserve our child's first birthday memories, we reluctantly paid the extra amount. Still content is not appropriate as per promised initially. Moreover, their inflexibility in video editing was frustrating. Once a video was made, they refused to make even minor changes, such as altering a song. This lack of flexibility added to our dissatisfaction. In conclusion, I caution others against falling for their tactics. Memory Craft Studio seems to be more interested in extracting additional money than delivering on their initial promises. Beware and ensure you don't end up wasting your money on these unscrupulous individuals.
