Choosing moonwedlock wedding company was the best decision we made. We actually had them shoot my sister's engagement, pre-wedding,wedding and reception. The team is professional friendly and punctual. I would like to thank Mr. Godson who was the co-ordinator and he was always very prompt and helpful. While we were planning this, is we were a bit worried about how this would end, whether the team would be able to capture the best moments of the function. But later all our worries vanished. The Moonwedlock team has been incredible! I was outside India when I initially got in touch with their team and they were so very supportive and accommodating, especially post covid, when our wedding plans and the order of events, locations, everything kept changing every few weeks, even then the team was so helpful and adaptable. During the wedding functions, both the photographers and cinematographers did a wonderful job capturing all the moments of our wedding exactly how we had dreamed of it! Please don't spoil your wedding photos and videos. This Moonwedlock will fool us by Posting nice photos on Instagram and Facebook. But in reality, it's not like what you see in their Socialmedia. My wedding was in Sept 2021 and the output received was a pathetically shot photo album and highlight video. I had the worst experience with Moonwedlock as I had paid a premium amount for highlight video and candid videographer. However the result was not as expected. The highlight video did not have anything to feel good about. There were no candid moments captured. The color grading used was of a sad tone and nothing as the money they charged. I ultimately got saved as my wife's wedding photographer did an amazing job which has some memories captured to always remember. The album Material used for the album is not even of average quality with image paper prints that look like a printout taken from a cyber café. Cut pictures were used for the album with incomplete white spaces around the borders making the album look shabby and incomplete. No candid moments were captured as promised and the last event at the groom's place was not captured properly. Highlight video lacked finesse and was not even uploaded on their YouTube channel citing copyright issues which I don't agree with as I can see multiple videos being uploaded on a daily basis on their channel. On raising a concern, I was told by the manager that this is the way they operate. I had booked the team based on their YouTube videos and good reviews on the website but my experience was really disappointing. Didn't expect this output from a prestigious wedding company. Have filed consumer court complaint as well for the same. (court case no. 3458175)
