The inadequate provided at the function resulted in stomachaches, vomiting episodes, diarrhoea, and food poisoning for a few of our attendees. 200–250 of the 600–700 guests that were invited to the event suffered greatly as a result of the contaminated food. After the incident, their condition worsened for a week or two. Even after I held multiple phone conversations and face-to-face meetings to discuss this important matter and manage the medical evidence related to the occurrence. Out of 600–700 attendees, 200–250 were severely affected, experiencing declining health for a week or two. Despite numerous attempts to address the issue through calls and meetings, the caterers have intentionally ignored and disregarded the matter, avoiding communication for over two months.

I booked them for my wedding and they provide very unsatisfying service even though I had discussed menu including Jain food, price and finalised everything with them. They had confirmed and taken the order. On the day of function they don’t provide Jain food. Highly highly unprofessional behaviour. After this I am very disappointed and never recommend this catering to someone now onwards.
