We had a horrible experience from these people. While booking they charged us full money and mentioned that if we weren’t ready on the given time they would leave. Turns out, they were 35 mins late than the promised time. Our muhurat and barat dance got ruined because of them!! To top it all, their people were blaming us for not being patient!!! The aunty at store bragged about how punctual they are and they failed miserably at proving what they claimed. Moreover, when called to share the concern about their people not reaching in time, the aunty shouts on their people as to why they aren’t at the venue, they really need to understand that they need to be extremely smooth at internal communication which clearly is a problem. Extremely defensive when provided with feedback. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and bummed that they RUINED our muhurat time and baraat!!!
